If i can give zero stars i would this place took $150 from me to fix a generator that was not covered by generac doesnt work at all and they will charge and not fix really dissapointed this buisness should close down for scamming people they will get upset if you dont proceed to fix and will charge a diagnostic fee really bad service

Okay I bought a new champion duel fuel generator from amazon. Month later it stopped no start. Thanks to Evans team. Starts every time and runs strong. All warranty no cost to me. Yes I own it but they are the only team I will let work on it.Thanks Team Evans.

As for your machine not being under our warranty, we honor any issue due to our workmanship. We try and give our customers advise on keeping their machines up to par and in good running condition. If they sit, and the fuel is allowed to go stale in the unit, it will most likely have issues. If this happens we will do our best to fix the unit again at a discounted rate, but cannot simply fix it all over again for free. Took my lawn mower for a tune up for $200, they kept it for 2 weeks. I used it one time because of the drought I needed to mow my weeds 2 months later and then it wouldnt start. So I took it back in and they said My warranty had expired, so thats very disappointing and I would suggest not to ever use these people.Ron
