Good service! Always find what I need. Workers are awsome and quick to get my order. With all this Covid-19 they take precautions on how they do things. Which is understandable. Everytime I come I am in and out within 20 minutes. Safety is the key.

I’ve been doing business with this company for so many years. I am very pleased and happy with their service everybody there is very helpful starting from the receptionist all the way to the guys that are working in the back. I don’t know why some people have issues I don’t have none. Thank you Ramcast!

Terrible service. Some speak English well the others do not understand. Parking is confusing and hard to get. The place had two customers but all the parking was taken? Does not make any sense. During COVID-19, they do not sell some of their materials due to the pandemic. Does not make any sense to me.Will not return.

Look at the pic, they charge you extra for credit cards. Other steel places do not. We accept credit cards, rates are low. Pomona location, poor service. High prices, no return policy on anything, cheap China lock, was stripped when bought, owner called me a liar!!. It’s ok if need something quick, other wise Patton Steel in Ontario has better service and lower prices and no 3% extra charge for using a credit card.

They make up any price they want, they say something is 14 ga (which they dont stock) when its 16 ga they dont know how to measure, before you buy, compare, check size your self. they will be my last chose where to buy.

Ive done business with a lot of companies and I frequently pick up material personally, Ramcast is hands down the worst company Ive ever had to deal with when it comes to getting material. They will promise you material will be ready at a certain time and it never is. They have wasted so much of time its incredible. Recently I walked into the office got my paperwork went to the yard and waited 45 min before anyone even looked at me. When I finally got helped they said they were cutting my pieces which they had told me over the phone would be ready 3 hours ago. In conclusion if you have time and the patience then come here. If you dont have time and are in a hurry this is not the place for you. They will make you late for any appointment you may have. Im not talking from a one time bad experience Im talking from a recurring over and over bad experience. Customer beware.
