I made an appointment on Monday for someone to come fix my dryer Wednesday afternoon. I was supposed to have received a call before they came over. No one called or came and no one in the office answered the phone or returned my voicemail. 2 stars because I used them once before with quick but ok results. Dryer was fixed but something wasnt plugged back in so he had to come back again. I will be finding a more reliable company to give my business to.

They get the job done but are not great at communications. They show up without calling first so have someone home or you may miss them.
