Very knowledgeable staff, works fast and efficiently. During busy times tkyou can expect a bit of wait but, theyre never rushing you when its your turn.

Went to get data cables. I go to pay at the cash register only for the guy to walk away, waited for fifteen minutes and nobody even acknowledged that I want to pay, they just sat there on their computers chatting amongst themselves. Ended up leaving without any cables. Just got home and just ordered them from Amazon, they will be here tomorrow. Im all for supporting local businesses but when customer service is non existent what is the point??

Great customer service.

I asked a simple question and they looked at me like I had a horse head on. I asked for help finding a pcb enclosure and adhesive mounting pins. The guy says he cant help me. I asked what would he do if he were me. He replies, I really dont know Hes selling electrical parts and he doesnt know where to find electrical parts? Basically his favorite word was no. No advice offered and no concern for me as a customer. They were completely useless.
