I purchased mile marker 430 hubs for my 1989 Nissan Pathfinder. Due to an error on my part I broke one of the hub casings. I called customer service to see if I could purchase just one hub. I spoke to Alex in the warranty dept and he told me I could not purchase just one but he could “give” me a new hub under their lifetime warranty!!!! You can count on Mile Marker! Never, ever doubt the service and support you will get with a Mile Marker product. I purchased a Mile Marker V12 winch over a decade back, but as a spare. I recently had a minor use for it and took it out of storage. The winch operated for a few seconds and stopped working. No company warranties their products over 10 years, but I needed to get my winch operational. I took pictures of my winch and sent them to Jarrod at Mile Marker Customer Support. Jarrod helped me troubleshoot the winch and he determined the solenoid had failed. This solenoid was no longer used in the Mile Marker product line (thats how old my new winch actually was). Jarrod sent me an updated version solenoid and remote controller (FREE OF CHARGE) to get me up and running. I installed the new components and the winch is working great! It is rare to find a company with this level of service and support. I will be a life long Mile Marker customer for all my future needs. Mile Marker will go the extra mile for you!

I have been using mile marker winches for years. I had one that I have been saving for a project and then finally installed in a new bumper then the first time I went to use it the winch hung up in reverse. I called the guys at mile marker tech support to see if there was a solenoid pack available for this winch since it was almost 20 years old but still brand new in the box. They were curious and wanted some pictures so I sent the pictures over to them and they took good care of me. They found me a new set of solenoids and the matching controller and all I had to pay for was the freight! This is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Over the years I broke other winches and they always have helpful people ready to sell me the pieces I need to get it back going. Id like to thank all the team members at mile marker for the help over the years!

Great product. Had the 466 Yota 30 spline hubs for 4 years doing the Rubicon and Fordyce. One of them started disengaging on me after 4 years of abuse, and Mile Marker didnt bat an eye to stand behind their warranty. Awesome customer service and a great product. I will continue to run them on all of my future builds! Thank you MM!

Needed parts for my locking hubs. stores not much help.went to mile marker and Bob came out of the back and supplied all parts needed. staff very helpful and nice, all at 4:45 p.m. (they close at 5 !!! )

Theyve been in business for many year but unfortunately, some inferior products still make it past quality control. Pray you dont get one because they dont stand behind their products. Theyre fight to replace the crap they sold you and youre stuck with whatever else broke and you get to reinstall at your own expense. Typical greedy company...
