Most people I talked to are really nice, but the paint quality is not good, not even after they repainted the bumper for a second time.Price is higher than everybody else. I had many Porsche bumpers repainted and they all ran between $300-$500. This shop charged me $637 ($620 because they didnt have change). They charge you the 3% credit card fee if you dont pay cashI had to drive to this shop 5 times during my work hours. Two times are expected to drop off and pick up, but 5 times? My boss wasnt happy about me being gone and none of my additional rides havent been appreciated by this shop in any way.1: Drop off2: Pick up (Left bumper because of many visible stone chips. They said come tomorrow early)3: Pick up (Went early as requested but bumper wasnt ready)4: Pick up (Left bumper there because buffing didnt remove stone chips) Repaint!5: Pick up (Still issues after repaint)For a shop that wants to be Porsche certified you have to improve your quality way more. Im putting this bumper on my car and its sad that I have to accept the issues.Issues visible in pictures:- Tow hook cover has too much paint/clear coat on one side- Bottom had too much paint on corner too. Longest paint collection Ive seen.- Top corner has new clamp marks. Possibly where bumper was fixed for painting.- One paint chip was over-sprayed. They have possibly dropped the bumper.Sad...

My 2008 bmw 528i left driver side window wasnt going up. I went there and they greeted me with an assuring smile. Theo quickly took the car to the repair center. While it was there, Theo was very Efficient. He kept checking on the car and relaying to me the updates. They quickly took care of the issue and resolved it at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly, fast and professional. They gave me a really good deal on my estimate and my final cost was the exact same price as the estimate. That rarely happens. The quality of their work was excellent and I would definitely go back if I needed anything in the future. They also offer a lifetime guarantee on all of their work. I had a blown tire that messed up my trim. They were able to line it back up perfectly with the side of my car door and touched up my paint. You can’t even tell it happened. Highly recommend them.

Incompetent, switched up the staff mid project. My initial advisor no longer works there or the receptionist I signed paperwork with. Its truly ridiculous, how I had to return the car two times in two weeks. Never again. Just go to your respective dealerships and save yourselves the headache. Customer service is truly lacking, received ONE update. I had to keep calling to ask.

They did a truly professional job in repairing my Tesla after being hit by a drunk driver. While it did take a considerable amount of time, I must say it involved waiting for parts and working with the insurance company. Everything was completed per manufacturer’s methods and the repair was first class.

Very through as to what was being done and what we could expect, then daily we were updated where we stood regarding the vehicle until the job was completed. We were asked to inspect as well as were given a breakdown of the estimate and what the actual was, nothing hidden. Totally appreciated those extra touches.

Loved the customer service! Everyone is very nice and professional. My car had been rear ended but luckily it wasn’t a strong hit. The staff here inspected throughly and found some damage that I hadn’t noticed. On top of all of that, they worked extremely fast! Ryan, their Tesla specialist was amazing and very attentive.UPDATE: unfortunately bringing down to 3 stars upon finding out from one of the staff members that my car was rushed out and not finished properly. The paint on the repair wasn’t buffed properly as confessed by the staff member, and then upon further inspection, I noticed it was true. You can kind of see it for yourself in the “after” photo that I uploaded.You’d think a bill for over $3000 for a scratch and a small fender bender would include a 100% complete job… It’s funny that they also fill out their own review sheets and give themselves 10/10. I guess they do that with every client. Not sure if there’s a manager or company owner looking at those internal reviews but those aren’t filled out by clients themselves.UPDATE 2: after I placed the updated review, a staff member reached out to schedule me taking the car in again for them to review the repair. They said they would work on it again and kept the car for a week because they also noticed a sensor that was damaged and they would get a new one instead of patching it up. They provided a rental car in the meantime.

Collision care express was highly recommended by many people after my Tesla Model 3 was involved in a rear end accident. While my car was at the lie shop for over 11 weeks for repairs that included, rear bumper change, full quarter panel and welding work, paint, rear glass, and front bumper work. They did their end as best they could, Tesla however slowed the completion date down because of delays with delivery of parts.I highly recommend anyone with a Tesla to bring their cars here for not only collision repairs, but for touch ups for paint, or whatever needs attention. Patricia was very informative and on top of everything about my car.

I researched before choosing collision express with my cars dents and paint work. I received several other quotes, they’re weren’t the cheapest but definitely competitive. I even received a quote from my car dealership (which collision express provided me the same information in regards to my vehicle and specific paint) so I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. They also have a lifetime warranty as long as you are the car owner.I’m very happy with their work, looks great! I would definitely use them again if needed.

So everything was fine with my truck. The only thing I didnt like about the experience was they texted me around 2pm on a Friday saying your truck might be finished today. Then I received a phone call around 4:45 the same day that my truck was finished and if I could come pick up the truck. The shop closes at 5:30pm so I told the girl I wouldnt be able to make it that I was at work and that I was suppose to go out of town that night. I also said I would try to change my plans to pick up the truck the following day. Then I received a phone call the next morning, I told her I wouldnt be able to pick up that day, so she said okay Monday it is the. Then about two hours later I get a call from Jose, who Im guessing was a manager?? Jose proceeds to ask why I didnt come pick up my truck, after telling him I had a trip planned and I was out of town he proceeds to give me his two cents as to why Im inconsiderate and I should have came to pick up my truck. Instead of saying okay sir I will let the rental car company know and we will see you on Monday. He went off on me like I was his bad behaved teenage kid or something. Very poor customer service on his part. On the other hand, everything else was okay with my vehicle and the two girls as well as Carlos were a great help. I gave a 3 star rating because I dont like to be treated like SH** by an AS***** that had some weird power trip over the phone.

I needed my side mirror replaced. I went to The Pompano Ford Lincoln Dealership and was quoted $1750 to replace the mirror. The part would need to be ordered and it would take approx three days to fix, they had already had my car since Saturday and it was now Wednesday! At that price, I figured I better go thru my insurance! Thank you GEICO!! What an experience! This was the best company I have ever dealt with and I deal with many. The most pleasant people I have ever come across. They welcomed me into the auto body shop like they were so glad I was there. You could eat off the floor, the place was so clean and nice! I was an hour early for my appt and they even greeted me by my name! (Not sure how they knew that but anyways…) I was there approx 10 minutes in all. In that time, I gave them all the info they needed and they called Enterprise leasing to let them know I was early for my appt. Enterprise brought my rental to me and I was on my way. The very next day they called me and told me my car was ready and that they would bring it to me, free of charge. They would also return my rental car for me.It’s a service they provide their customers. I will recommend this company to anybody that will listen to me. I’m still in shock! They even detailed my car, inside and out! How do you beat that???Oh and the price for my new mirror was $604. Talk about a dealership gouging you for a price! I only wish this company did routine maintenance instead of only auto body. It was like McDonalds versus Chick Fil A!! I am so happy!!! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed! The customer service was extremely well, the communication was extremely well but there was a catch. I brought my car in for body repairs, i get my car back there is a new dent on the front, and my back right blinker is out. It’s annoying taking your car back when there is another dent or scratch. The repair came out nice but who ever they’ve had driving my car should be held accountable since they didn’t come forward and acknowledge they made the damage.

I was directed to this Repair shop by my insurance company after a traffic accident. I was dreading the repair experience. I have never worked with a more professional group of people. They kept me informed throughout the repair and the repair was completed flawlessly.

I went in for some custom work installing a carbon fiber hood and putting a clear coat on it. When I picked up the car they put the old hood pins on instead of the new ones. So I had to bring it back for them to fix. But they did a good job on the hood, looks very nice.

Highly recommended!! They were very nice and professional. I felt wanted at at ease knowing my car was in good hands. They had my car back to me quicker than I was expecting.

This place was really good, Highly Recommend! I had to use them after getting into a wreck. They were able to receive my vehicle being towed after hours which was nice to know. I came in the next day and didn’t even have to wait for service. Robert Molina, the owner, was even available to introduce himself and make sure I received great service. There was a vehicle Rental company in store to that helped with me getting into a temporary vehicle. They kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. When I got my vehicle back it looked and drove like nothing ever even happened. I’d have to say one of the most refreshing parts to their service was no curve balls either. They did exactly what they said they would and didn’t try to scare me into doing more work then what was needed. I would definitely go back again.

After weeks of shopping around I was referred to Collision Care Xpress for body work, front windshield and tires. First and foremost the staff is incredibly accommodating, they received my vehicle quickly gave me an estimate and took it in that same day. They offered a rental and gave me an accurate time from on when my vehicle would be finished. Unfortunately in the past I’ve had my car returned to me months later in other body shops but with Collision Care Xpress it was ready in a timely manner. While getting my vehicle inspected they pointed out errors from previous body shops and also made me aware my front glass was cracked. The employees take their time and dedicate themselves to quality work. They worked quickly to get all necessary paperwork done and assisted me with any questions I had. When it came time to getting my vehicle back they did a walk through of the vehicle and showed me the work they did. They also washed and detailed the vehicle before returning it. There was warranty applied to the service and satisfaction guaranteed. I recommend Collision Care Express and would return to use their service any time I may need. I had my Corvette repaired after an accident at this location. I am extremely particular with my car, and I was very pleased with the work done. I look for tint match, orange peel, overspray, panel gaps... their shop excelled in all places. The service here is stellar as well. Theo was truly a pleasure to work with, and Nery and Sheila were warm and helpful. This is a great team of people, and you can trust they’ll take good care of you.

Top Notch impressive Service, as soon as i got out of my vehicle i was greeted by a representative named Jose, who was actually waiting outside for me before i arrived. a young lady named Beyli helped me with my paper work which was effortless and touch less. my vehicle wasnt that bad, but they treated me with the uptmost professionalisum and safety taking all the proper COVID-19 measures to insure my safety. My car was done only within a couple of days. Also BIG thank you to Frank and Mike from what i was told those two guys were the reason my car was done so fast. I came here for repairs after an accident. Beth was extremely pleasant to work and talk with. Jose was very detailed and easily explained everything to me about what he saw which is something I need for me to be at ease. I never spoke to Juan or Maverick but their work spoke for itself. This is a sincere and great team. If you take the time to be honest for what you need and what you are looking for, they get it done within your needs and let you know with each step.
