J U N K !!!!Just bought 2008 BMW X5. Please be careful buying from this guys. Cars are not the same on their pictures. Car came with sunroof shade destroyed, tailgate not working, rear stop light came off right away( there was silicone behind so that’s how they are fixing issues. Tires are gone. Car is shaking a lot. Side mirrors not working. I did contact the guy-John and he never responded. He didn’t tell me anything about the issues. I sent him pictures off everything right after the delivery. No answer!!

Horrible experience! When we arrived to look at a car, we went into the office and were treated like we were bothering the salesman. He seemed annoyed when he had to walk us over to the other lot. We asked if we could test drive it and were told if we buy it, we can drive it. We wanted to test drive before buying and were told no because he would have to move cars to get to it. We were told to come back tomorrow. We drove an hour to see this car. You just lost a sale!

On Feb 2, 2021 I purchased a Mercedes Benz from salesperson John, He told me the vehicle had been Serviced and well inspected. Upon arrival the vehicle was tore up from the floor up.The Cam-shaft was blown the vehicle would not accelerate past 45mph, the wheels were scratched up front tires wont hold air, The under carriage rusted out, the dash board cracked and Luxury Auto Service @ 681 Cobb Parkway in Marietta Gas estimate over 14,875.00 worth of Repairs. I Then Contacted Hudson Insurance Co. and they stated that this Company is operating with no Surety Bond, Ive Contacted the Dept of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles Division Compliance Examiner Helene Talamo, Ben Patton Attorney at Law representing Hudson Insurance, and Arthur J. Jones Representing this car dealership operating with NO INSURANCE. All I want is my 7800.00 USD. Back A.S.A P. Ive also informed my Attorney.

After reading the response to the below review from the owner (I had a similar experience with a female employee there) I will never buy here that’s for sure. You can easily tell how a business is run by the professionalism (or lack there of) in a response to a critical review. After reading what could only be summarized as a childish rant and then he went on to say “... engine light is just a sensor that normally in these type of vehicles is an alert”, wow! This company clearly has no clue what they are doing and that excuse is used when incompetence is a cornerstone of of an auto business. Odds are every vehicle they are selling has serious problems which you will find out when you drive off their lot. Avoid this place at all costs, you have been warned.

I thought I would never purchase a used luxury vehicle until I was introduced to Steve via multiple close friends and associates. I am at complete shock In the way Anna handled business with my husband who was trying his hardest to workout a deal. They have a white x5 for sale that’s currently over priced has a check engine light, Ac leaks, etc..It needs repairs. And he was still willing to buy it “as is” because he’s a master mechanic for BMW. However my husband and I did not want to buy a car full asking price with issues, which I think is beyond being fair. This lady didn’t even counter with a deal that’s a bit reasonable. In fact she kept saying the owner wants full asking price, nothing she can do.And for a car with issues?!?! My husband asked to speak to the owner and she refused to have two business men make a deal happen. I am a business women myself and I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in a dealership EVER. She called my husband cheap for reasonable offer within KBB value and especially the work that needs to be done to it. And I’m calling her unprofessional and unethical for trying to Scam good people! She also made a comment that the owner likes the car and he wants to keep it, at the beginning of the negotiation. Is the owner in business to sell cars that’s listed or keep them that’s listed? I can’t stress enough to stay away from this dealership as long as Anna is conducting business.I can’t comment below your ridiculous response which just shows how unprofessional your company is. My husband was actually very kind and nice to Anna. I’m sure you took my husbands knowledge in fixing the car ISSUES, cause your mechanics didn’t know what’s wrong with it, as per texts messages. On 2 Feb 21 I purchased this vehicle from Miami Lauderdale cars for almost 10,000. The vehicle arrived a day later totally inoperable, its been in the shop for almost two weeks with an estimate of 2500-5000 to make it (drivable) when ever I attempt to notify the car dealership they dont respond so I filed a complaint w the Attorney Generals office and the department of highway safety and motor vehicles registration, they have responded, just received the estimate for from Luxury Auto Service 681 Cobb parkway Marietta Georgia over 14,000.00 bucks to repair all of the rusted parts underneath the undercarriage, see you in court Miami Lauderdale cars 👉☝️

Looking to purchase this X5, I did my inspection being a past BMW Master tech I know what I’m looking for in these vehicles. I communicated some of my findings to (ANA)- A/C system (Freon/gas) is leaking from the Evaporator (not a cheap fix/labor intensive as the DASH has to come out), test drove the X5 and instant check engine light comes up with REDUCED POWER messages. Scanning the vehicles computers, I communicated the possible factors for the problem. I communicated to Ana through Text messages that I was still interested in purchasing AS IS knowing I can fix the issues myself as long as Price can be reflected to KBB VALUE per the mileage and simply $1500 off MAX KBB value for repairs which is reasonable and still Within KBB VALUE! My offer was 11K, just 1500 off Max KBB VALUE! After constant back and forth with ANA and trying to reach to a resolution on price she NEVER gave any counter but FULL ASKING PRICE for purchase even tho repairs are NEEDED! I tried to get her to tell her Boss(Dealer owner) to contact me directly to make a deal! Her response was constant he wants FULL asking price and he’s not available to contact me that EVERYTHING goes through her!! I was told 13k is best offer they can come down too and the back to FULL PRICE, I was told there was a Dealer FEE to me but yet when a friend inquired about the same vehicle she told him there’s no dealer fee! FRAUDULENT activity to get people to pay more!! And then to be called “CHEAP” from her for a KBB true value and accepting to to purchase AS IS! Just moved to South Florida and needed a solid ride. Saw this place had some very nice, clean cars advertised.I went in to see Jonathan and he was great. He explained in great detail everything I need to know aboutowning and maintaining the BMW I had my eye on. It was listed for a little more than I wanted to spend but they worked with meto reach a comfortable deal. It needed some minor mechanical work such as sensors and coils to be in top shape so hehooked me up with his mechanic next door, Corey. After 2 days of searching in the rain, I found a Jeep on their website and fell in love. It was an hour away for us . I have some very choice words for shady dealers like this that are just trying to make a quick buck at the expense of other dealers (us) trying to make an honest livelihood.

I bought my 2010 Mercedes-Benz from here about almost 2 month ago, They helped me from day one get me my dream car that I bought online.John happily addressed all my concerns about the condition of the vehicle as this was a sight unseen purchase. He also walked me through the payment and shipping process which made me nervous at first. Everything went swimmingly well and I have been enjoying my Benz for weeks now with no problems at all.

When I was looking for a Miata I was stunned to see one for such a low price. I contacted the number and was greeted by a nice sales rep. named Justin. He was very friendly and knew how to drive stick so i knew he wouldnt burn the clutch. He tested it out and said it was all good. We came in on a saturday and test drove the car and it was great. The process for buying the car was very easy and when we sat with the financing guy Alberto we were surprised to find out there were not that many additional fees and were given options on what warranties we could get and insurance prices. It was one of the easiest car buying process we have been through, even easier than buying a new car at a dealership. I would recommended anyone searching to buy a car to come to this place.

After an exhaustive search I finally found my dream car online. The next day I called Miami Lauderdale cars and spoke with the owner Steve, he described the Corvette as a low mile classic in excellent condition, a must see. I drove 3 hours to the dealership; the car was better in person. I test drove the car and purchased it “as is”. Steve and his staff were great to work with and I would do it all again.

Called to get information about a vehicle, gentleman answered, hello. Was aggravated and seemed annoyed when I asked if it was a car dealership. Cant answer with the business name? Wants to act unprofessional, I take that as an immediate hint. If you cant do the little things right, Imagine!

Recently bought a 2012 Mini Cooper through internet sale. Was assured that this was a real nice car by John. Car arrived with a laundry list of problems with the number one problem is the clutch was slipping terribly through all the gears and not reliable transportation. Contacted seller and he assured me that he would work with me for repairs. Once I submitted the work order and cost for repair to the seller he has avoided any calls, text and emails sent to him. John,Just a quick note to express my complete and utter dismay concerning the Mitsubishi Montero that your dealership sold me last month. After an exhausting shipping, procedure which resulted in the most haggard delivery I’ve ever seen, I’ve been tasked with getting this disaster back on the road.When the train wreck of a delivery vehicle showed up at my house 5 days late it looked like it had been through a hurricane. First thing I noticed is how the delivery trailer, if you could call it that, was covered in fluid. My Monteros fluid. After having it towed to my mechanic he found the transmission line was broken and consequently all the fluid was draining out. This all had to be repaired before operating further.Now. Thanks to that disastrous delivery I have this incredible hard knock in the transmission going through first two gears. So pleasant going down the road, I should assure you.So I’m really not sure how to approach this. I’ll figure it out as soon as I stop the oil leaking from the valve cover gaskets.I am still awaiting documentation, if it actually exists, on the Timing Belt procedure.I am awaiting advisement from colleagues on these issues.Let’s now venture into this death trap.Nice Sunroof as described in original advertisement.It won’t open and it’s completely rusted out when looking at it from the cockpit. Upon further outside inspection we can clearly see the culprit. It’s been completely sealed, and crudely painted over. Permanently sealed mind you by what looks to be some sort of welding material. Good luck trying to ever enjoy said Sunroof.Upon entering the vehicle the first thing you notice is an aftermarket auxiliary Horn button. Not quite sure what this is for. Because other than looking like a rhinoceros horn on the dash, it serves absolutely NO purpose. Neither does the actual horn on the steering wheel. So. Two Horn devices with the same result. No Horn!!!No inspection report given. Neither work.Nice SRS light on the dash. No SRS confirmation. No Inspection report given.As described Infinity stereo requires a Code for operation. After I removed said stereo and got the serial number Mitsubishi was kind enough to give me the code. Only to find out the stereo only plays through one rear speaker and the volume knob is useless. It neither sends volume up or down. Fantastic feature By the way!!!Extra nice is the broken power antenna. Wow. That really lets you dial in those radios stations from across the street.I wanted to get some advice on the stereo so I was going to look for some manuals in the glove compartment. Good luck with that. Neither key will fit it. It WILL NOT OPEN UNDER ANY CONDITION. It’s a wonderful glove box. Very nice adaptation. However. You can’t open it. Nice to look at. But good luck ever utilizing it.I can’t explain how disgusted I am with this vehicle. I can’t believe how your dealership, if you can call it that, would portray this in the advertisement as it did.It is indeed a UNICORN as you advertised. I have owned over 150 vehicles. I’ve bought and shipped vehicles all of the world. Your UNICORN takes the cake sir.We will expect a phone call from you when possible.Best Regards,

They currently list a 2011 RX8 as Garage kept with ultra low miles. What they dont tell you is the vehicle was totaled with about 250 miles in 2012. They also dont tell you the title is branded for not having the actual mileage. Not a word about this in the ad from Autotrader. Thankfully I checked on everything prior to my 70 year old father being taken but these clowns. Disingenuous to say the least.
