****AVOID THIS BUSINESS****Sent this gentleman a set of used V12 coil packs for a Mercedes with the premise that he wouldnt buy them with cash from me but would provide me a part I needed for my car. After over 10 phone calls, about 20 texts and a couple of emails to him regarding him sending me the promised part, I decided to give up and just let everyone know about the experience. Each time he picked up the phone he was polite and would say, This is my fault, I should have the part you need in a week or two and I will send it out to you. After 4 months this still hasnt happened and I am forced to assume his word is worthless. If you need a part for your car there are countless other places to buy it, I would avoid this buiness at all costs. He (Mark) doesnt make good on his promises.
