I highly recommend Jared and the team at Eurowerks. I dropped off my 2012 Mazdaspeed3 with them for a lot of maintenance work that no other shop would help with. My car is pretty low on coilovers and they had the tools and knowledge to get my car on the lift and aligned. The car is running strong and they even helped keep the costs down as much as possible. They can do anything youd need whether its a little tuner car like me, or an exotic.

Eurowerks did an OUTSTANDING quality work on my vehicle. I was rear ended pretty bad which also lead me to hit another vehicle in front of me which also damaged my front bumper. I was referred to Eurowerks by a family member. My family and myself take pride in our vehicles performance and appearance, so after my vehicle was completed I’m happy to say that I’m a satisfied customer. Had to take my car due to a damage caused by a local car wash. The owner, John, took great care of my car. Was honest and explained in detail the issue and how to get it fixed. Even went above and beyond to fixing the issue, as far as proving a new part at no cost because he wanted to ensure the job would get done right. He can really teach the owner of the car wash that damaged my car a lesson on how to run a business correctly and how to provide customer satisfaction.

These guys are great mechanics! Ive been here several times, for routine maintenance as well as break-downs. In every case, all the work/issues were explained to me fully, and I was given a fair price for the work being done. They have become my go-to for any work on my GTI.

The customer service was absolutely. The mechanic communicated to me the service my car needed. They gave me a fair price and scheduled a convenient time for the repair. I wont mind coming back again!

I have brought my Audi here since about 2004 and it is still running. They used to be a little garage tucked into the center of their city block. The owner ran the front desk and was a great communicator. Service was good and prices were low.When they moved to a proper storefront with a proper office, the front desk got a lot less communicative and prices went up. I went elsewhere for a little while. The other shop charged a good rate and talked a good game, but my car just seemed to keep breaking. So I came back to Eurowerks.For the last 5+ years Ive been happily back. I like the desk staff a lot now. They charge a bit more, but they fix my car and it stays fixed. Best of all, I see the same mechanics year after year after year - they take care of and hold onto their team, and their team knows what its doing. Its a far cry from carousel of new faces always in training working on my Audi at the other shops.As long as I have an Audi/VW, this is my shop, period.

Total scam. Complete liars. Said they could reset service light on my Mclaren and then said they did not know what I was talking about. Also left everything dirty and did not put cover back on oil intake area. Very unprofessional and lousy service experience. Better off going to dealer service for more money.

I had my appointment for brakes and a oil change today. It was by far the best service I’ve received in the last 5 years. It was quick and very affordable. Congrats to Eurowerks for having such an amazing team!

Originally was a fan of this place. Had multiple things done to my car here, even realized I was being overcharged once and let it slide just cause I was pleased with the work and hate taking my car to the dealership. That being said my car was in a bad accident a couple months later. My car was parked behind the body shop and originally thought it was going to be totaled. After weeks of dealing with insurance and realizing they were not going to total the car I came to collect my car so I can sell it and cut my losses. When I show up to collect my car EuroWerks hit me with a 1400 dollar storage fee. No one made me aware of a storage fee when I gave them my keys, but when I came to collect the car they pointed at a whiteboard on the wall with prices on it. My car was parked behind a warehouse not even in a locked parking lot. I couldve left the car there without even saying anything and it probably wouldnt have been an issue based on the area they park these cars in. One of the guys up in the office even also said over the phone that he most likely wouldnt make me pay storage fees. I am very disappointed that the people who were in charge, and the owner who gets raved about online and on forums, seriously took advantage of my situation when they didnt need to. Not a way to treat a customer that probably wouldve been a loyal customer as long as Im in the area. Scum

Ive got nothing to say but good things to say about Eurowerks. Easy to schedule, the car was ready when promised, but most importantly, the repairs needed to my car were explained in detail without the hard sell of the VW dealership AND I had complete confidence that the mechanics would be able to perform the work needed the right way the first time - job well done. Oh, and my car was delivered to me freshly washed, which I thought was awesome. I highly recommend Eurowerks.

I really appreciate the professionalism, quality work, and great attitude from all of the crew at Eurowerks. Jason and Mike were quick to respond when my drivers side window stuck in the down position. They have also replaced the valve cover gasket and are in charge of my regular service appointments. Literally told me they have to charge more for oil changes because their technicians are highly paid lol what a joke,. $100 for a synthetic oil change on a honda civic LOL no thanks Ill continue to pay $40 plus tax even if its less convenient. $100 for a oil change on a honda civic is a JOKE .

I dont understand the negative reviews. John is awesome, his staff is incredible and very helpful. I have taken my 2 cars into him 3x, once for brakes, other for exhaust, and now the same for a performance installation kit. Each and every time the car came back to me as expected or better.It takes a lot for me to trust somebody with my car,but I have total trust in Eurowerks and as long as I own a BMW or any other euro car I will be a customer.

I recently took my 08 335 into Eurowerks to have a chip installed. John and his team got my car in and out quickly and even took the time to fix a brake light that was out after doing a full inspection of my car. The shop is extremely clean and the staff are very professional. I am looking forward to doing much more business with these guys now that I have found a shop that I trust!

I have taken my Lexus SC430, Mercedes CL500, and currently take my 2015 BMW M4 there. Have been very helpful and upfront with all services. Definitely cheaper than the dealership, and for cars out of warranty it is a no brainer. The shop looks amazing and is not your typical garage, in my opinion it looks nicer and cleaner than most dealerships.

They do awesome work, were very prompt, easy to contact, and informative with the status of service and repairs. They took care of all the paperwork with my 3rd party warranty and even offered me a ride to get a rental car. After going to the dealer and other independent shops, the guys at Eurowerks will be the only ones to work on my car!

Horrible! They said they would charge me a diagnostic reading for $29.00, then charged me $150.00. I didnt find out until my Wife already pick up our vehicle. With that diagnosis, they said I had to replace the entire turbo for over 3K! Took my vehicle to an Audi dealer and they just replaced the diverter valve!! Asked for my credit for the difference of the diagnostic charge... still havent heard back from them. I called and even sent a couple of emails... nothing but crickets, go elsewhere!!

Ive brought my Jetta here for everything but diesel fuel. Great service and support. They are the best! A solid four star plus (for Five, Id need a Caramel Macchiato in each hand when I arrive; I can get those at the coffee shop down the street but they dont service cars so I gave them a One Star).

I have a 2015 Lapis blue Volkswagen golf R and I had purchased a rear spoiler for the vehicle and needed it painted And that particular color is extreamly rare however John and the crew were absolutely wonderful from the minute I walked in there to the minute I picked up the car. I have been going to Eurowerks since I bought our Audis. They have serviced my Allroad, and my wifes A6 4.2L and her S6. Ted and his staff really know Volkswagen and Audi cars and provide prompt, quality and fairly priced service. I heartily recommend Eurowerks to anyone with a Volkswagen or Audi.

Ive been taking my VWs to Eurowerks for years, even before they became Eurowerks. The quality of work performed by many of this areas VW dealers has left much to be desired. Case in point, I had a warning light indicating that my 2000 New Beetle had an airbag malfunction which another well regarded repair shop determined would require replacement of the entire airbag assembly for over $1000. Eurowerks found that a connector had been kicked loose under the seat!!!

Eurowerks is a topnotch outfit. In 2012 they put a transmission in my 96 Passat and did a great job without costing me a fortune.I sold my Passat and now I will only trust Eurowerks to service my CC.Eurowerks makes CC and his CC very happy.Highly recommended.

I have been bringing my VW Golf and Jetta to Eurowerks for many years. I have never been dissatisfied. They are a professional company which takes prides in its work and are very responsive to their customers. I am very happy.

I started bringing my Passat to Eurowerks in 2009 after the end of the warranty at the other garage where I bought it. Since then I have had only positive experiences: Eurowerks prints a list of things that need to be done and I can discuss with them what is urgent and what can wait. Once they changed a light bulb in my blinker charging only for the material. They are usually on time when the car needs to be ready. Its also very convenient since they are only a few blocks for METRO Orange line and I can leave my car for half day or a day end go back with METRO.The prices are OK, its not really cheap, but it will avoid problems like another garage where I had an oil change while mounting new tires; they used non synthetic oil for the service without telling me. Eurowerks knows what they are doing!

Eurowerks is the only place I took my Audi A6. All of the work was done on time and for a reasonable price. The value for money is so much better than at the dealers.

My car came out amazing!!

I took my A8 to Euroworks to have some front suspension noise look into. The figured out the issue and worked with the extended warranty company to get it resolved. Another great job by Euroworks!

If there was a negative 5 I would have clicked on it. Everytime I took my car here it was a whole other problem. They charged my 2,500 for to fix my coolant system and steering wheel. I had to put coolant in my car daily. I took it back 3 times then they unplugged a plugged that stated I had engine and transmission problems. I told them the car was rebuilt in 6 months and to plug in there computer because I did not have these problems. He would not do it and insisted that I needed more repairs. I took my car to firestone and they showed me where he unhooked the wire and when it was plugged back up again, suddenly my car ran smoother and not engine or transmission problems. I believe these guys are crooks and will NEVER take my car there again. They are shady and I have to proof! And these five star rating probable come from the people that work there. TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE!!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE!

Took my old Jetta TDI to Eurowerks for years to good effect. Just had my first out of warranty maintenance for my 2012 Passat TDI. These guys know diesels and the AdBlue refill was much cheaper and more convenient than a dealer.
