I usually take my car for service where I bought the car. Its expensive, and I thought it was the best thing to do. Not anymore. My son told me about Giant Tire and what a tremendous experience! The mechanics are hard working, attentive, and respectful. Their work is excellent and their prices fair and square! They are experts in their field and craft. Highly recommended. Best choice.

It was my second tire shop to visit as I needed my tires checked. I did not feel comfortable with driving too far in my car.The guy in the first shop was very unpleasant. After I explained my concerns, he said Yes between his teeth. He made me feel like I was interrupting him from looking at his phone and then went to do other things in the store. I waited 15 minutes without knowing if he would come back or not.So I decided to leave to find another store. On my way back home, I found Giant Tire on Copans in Pompano Beach.Wow, the service between the 2 shops was night and day. A service advisor immediately welcomed me with a smile and made me feel like I came to the right place. He listened to me even though he was as busy as the last shop, if not more. Then not even 5 minutes after, a mechanic took my car to check it up. Also, a very nice guy! They came back, they had checked the tires, put air in it, and said the tires were fine and did not need any kind of repair. The service advisor even offered that I come back the next day to check it again. They did not even charge for their time. I will be sure to go back to them if I need some car repairs.I highly recommend this shop!

Apparently the staff can’t hear you if you’re wearing a protective face mask. Gentleman made me repeat myself and then made faces as to gesture he had no idea what I was saying or was unclear. He would reply calling out other parts of the vehicle which I had not mentioned. A polite lady staff member assisted and repeated what I had just said to the gentleman and he looked irritate from it. It was clear that his point was more important to him than my business. I explained my discomfort and he simply stared at me with a careless expression. This was a terrible experience and I’m surprised as I had previously read their reviews.**Strange part is that they carry guns visibly on their body while working. Everything was very unsettling.

About $100 less and 2 hours quicker than any other place I called. Excellent service and great discount tires. These people are good mechanics, not mechanic account managers who try to sell you useless packages, service plans and all that crap before they even address the problem.They explain in simple terms and help you under stand and they work with you.Will definitely be back if i jave any other car issues.

Fast and fair priced tire repair i have used them 4 or 5 times with no issues.

Bought two brand new front tires for my 2005 Toyota Corolla after driving 2 months there was a rip/tear in the tire they did not want to replace it instead they wanted us to buy another new tire. Blamed us for driving on the tire but we had to keep putting air in it so it was never completely flat when we were driving it I wouldnt go there if you paid me and I wouldnt advise anybody else to go there are people may be nice but they dont take care of their customers

I wont get an oil change from this place again, they dont check well how much oil your car needs, they had put half the amount my car needed, not to mention the low quality of the oil, my car was overheating twice as much it used to because of this, do the oil change yourself or take it to a certified place
