I came into town to purchase an out of state vehicle and call Greg at OK Tires on short notice for tires. I have worked in the sales and customer service industry for 30 years and Greg and team offer “top notch service” The team went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend them.

Walked in with no appointment needing to replace a tire. Staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly found a reasonably priced used tire, that looked new. Very grateful for such fast and efficient service.

I was a walk in customer heading back home to Venice. My front right tire was wobbling and pulling to the right, I stopped in and was fortunate they were able to fit me in. They didnt up sell any services. Thankfully I just needed a tire.. Excellent customer service.

Ive used many tire shops over the years and these guys are always many steps above. I have used them many times over 20 years.They know cars overall extremely well but they do excellent tire work, including offering recommendations on different tires for your driving needs which is rare these days, and dont cut corners when completing the job. Some people may complain, but I never do when a shop fixes things they find wrong in the course of repairs. Well worth whatever they a charge you

As a first time customer I like this place, even though I have a lot of repairs to contend with & it came with a healthy cost, but Lou & guys provided awesome services, broke things down to my understanding & treated each customers with personal service accordingly. I felt the price was fair & when it came time to pay I didnt feel over charge and I felt my money was well spent. Good experience, will return again.

After calling all around town and talking to people who didn’t know what they were talking about I finally called OK Tires. What a relief! I wanted to go up one tire size on my truck and Lou knew exactly the size I needed and what would fit correctly on my truck. Overall it was an easy and professional experience that I would recommend to anybody. They’ve earned my business for sure.

Ive been going here for years even sent my sister in for 4 tires last week however after a number of attempts to get a quote on 4 tires, no call back. i try to give my business to small mom and pop stores but had to buy at Costco.

Amazing family owned auto shop. Lou is always standing at the front ready to help. Slightly more expensive for an oil change (~$79) but Id rather give them my money any day than a dealership or chain. Theyre closed on Sundays, so if you need a weekend appointment for Saturday, definitely call and make a reservation a week or more in advance. I highly recommend them, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car!

I brought my Mercedes here for two tire replacements. They saved me over $30 per tire compared to the dealership and were done within two hours. The guys there are super friendly, professional and do a fantastic job. My wifes car recently had the A/C and we brought it to Firestone to get it inspected. They wanted to charge over $2,000 to fix, but the guys at OK Tire said that Firestone quoted way too much and they can do a better job that would be cheaper and wouldnt charge an inspection fee. I highly recommend OK Tire!!

They perform work without owner consent and then threaten the safety of your vehicle even though the mistake is their fault. “Owner” likes to threaten and yell at customers due to employee negligence. Definitely do not recommend.

The best tire and auto care place you’ll find. Had an AC issue. The dealer said it would cost $1800 to fix. OK tires recalibrated it and the cost was $52! $52?! Seriously. Honest, great, old fashioned car repair.

I have been using OK for about 3 years now and like I tell everyone, these guys are the only service center I would feel comfortable sending my wife and daughters to with their cars. They are honest, dependable fair and hard working people. This is a family owned business with a reputation they obviously take very serious. They not only get my business but also get several friends, family and even our companies business. This is how garages in the past used to be. Its great to have one still following an excellent work ethic.

I just love them to death ! !> A bit of background: I have an 18 year-old cream puff. The previous owner drove it only 43,000 miles in 15 years. Its a 1998 Buick Park Avenue, the deluxe edition that comes with a self-leveling gas suspension. I noticed the shocks/struts seemed like they needed to be changed.> Before going to OK Tire, I did speak with other mechanics. One was gung-ho on using original GM parts. Both insisted that I should stay with the gas self-leveling system because regular shocks just wont support the cars weight. - - - It will bottom out. Which, in both cases, translated into a ridiculous repair bill for an old car.> I went to OK Tire, explained what I needed, repeated what I was told, and simply asked what they would propose. After all, my car is nice but its 18 years old !> The personable and attentive mechanic who inspected my car suggested a SPECIALTY shock absorber that comes in an assembly with a suspension spring. As a matter of fact, this specialty shock made by Monroe, was designed with heavy vehicles like my car in mind. Its a brilliant alternative.In conclusion, my experience with OK Tires was great ! Two thumbs up ! They proposed a safe, sensible, functional alternative. And, I am extremely pleased with their pricing.

The mechanics are honest and pay attention to detail. Lou has created a positive atmosphere in the family owned shop. He was able to fix my tires tear when every other shop said it couldnt be done .

I never would have considered bringing my vehicle to a tire shop for a window regulator, but I brought it here after they came highly recommended by a friend of mine. He stated they do pretty much any type of mechanical work not just tires and they had done numerous repairs on his Jeep in the past. I called OK tire and was told to come in The next day, which I did. The owner basically told me he would only work on my car under his own conditions. And told me to take it or leave it. Who does that?! Its not like I was asking them to rebuild my engine or anything, I just needed a window regulator installed. Apparently these people dont care if they do business or not. Thats fine with me, Ill do business elsewhere. Im not going to beg someone to take my hard-earned money.

Great service. took my care here and looked like a power steering pump. jeff called and it was a loose screw somewhere. tightened it up and was fine. other places may have replaced the pump. very honest shop.

Very Awesome fast service and affordable prices

I bought my tires from them not to long ago and was due for a rotation. I was leaving on a road trip the next day which was a Sunday and completely forgot to get my tires rotated that week. I called them up and they squeezed me in that moment, an hour before they were supposed to close. The service was great and quick and because I had bought my tires from them the rotation was completely FREE. Great service great atmosphere and great people. Thanks for your help. My friend told me to try OK Tires.That day, I pulled in hoping to make an appointment, but instead a very nice gentleman named Jeff, came to my rescue.He jumped in my car and took it for a quick spin and assured me that my engine would stay in place, As I was quite certain that I would see my engine in my rear view mirror having just fallen out of my car! He was able to squeeze an appointment in before the weekend. They repaired my car with professionalism, propmtness and affordability. I made my trip with my car running smoothly. Professional, courteous and take time to explain repair in detail. Even if they might cost a little more, which I dont think is generally the case, your money is more well spent not gambling on guesswork at another tire place.

I would avoid this place if youre looking for a Good mechanic. My friend recently came here to replace a filter and the next day their car broke down with an issue relating to the filter. Needless to say, this company did nothing to help and said it had nothing to do with them, which makes no sense as the truck is new and broke down BECAUSE of what was replaced. Not a trustworthy company and will not take the blame or help when its clearly their fault. Find any other place to go to.

I went to fix the ar conditioner of the my car and told to Lu this is the compressor But He didnt hear me and put Freon. I told to him I did this before and didnt work. He didnt care and charged me $105,95 and Told me If you have problem, you come back here. After only 1 day the air conditioner stopped work. When I went back, he checked again e Told Yes, the problem is the compressor. I wanted my money back. He didnt. I NEVER MORE back.

I have taken three different vehicles to OK Tire in Pompano for different issues (Tires, AC, Steering) and they have always been very honest, not opportunistic and the pricing is very fair. Not impressed. Went in for my allignment they came back with a quote for $600 dollar for all new tie rods plus the allignment. I needed ONE Rod End fixed for $120 for parts and labor and I got my truck aligned elsewhere. Combined I paid $230 for what ok tire of pomp I wanted over $600 for. If you just go for an allignment they’re fine on their price. I would seek a second opinion for anything else though.
