Ricardo made a way to get my dad in who has diabetes, and a veteran living on no extra money and had not driven his van in three months because the last person took his money and didn’t finish the job. Ricardo came and fixed it. He seems to care and be thorough. He charges a minimum, so I suggest fixing what you can when he comes. His prices are fair if you do it that way. Overall, a quick and accurate fix and we appreciate it. I am trying to help my dad and having someone trusting go there is huge to me. I will be using him again.

This man knows his business. He not only studied 3 years of schooling, he has over 40 years experience. I had a brake change issue and he walked, or talked me through step by step instructionsI had a stuck rear brake drum..Also explained how to adjust rear drum brake pads.Excellent man, mechanic. The gearshift of my car had become free and I was unable to shift gears. I called them and they came to where my car. He found the issue in no time and fixed it. Also, the service was inexpensive.

Outstanding!!! He came out and did a very labor intensive job at an amazing price, he does an amazing job at explaining his process and clearly understands what he is doing. Having an average understanding of cars, I thought i was going to have to get rid of my vehicle, unable to afford costly repairs. Right away he spotted my issue which was a very rare problem to have and then he took extra steps to make sure his diagnosis was 100% correct. Not only did he fix it for a price I could afford, he even took it upon himself to check up on the car the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I think there are very few people out there these days conducting business at this level of customer care. Its very refreshing to now have an honest and transparent mechanic, very impressed!

I must warn you that this repair doesnt have a happy ending, Ricardo was contracted to do a suspension replacement on my 2014 BMW which he installed and now I just found out that the strut that he replaced is to long and its rubbing on the CV axle and causing the car to shake violently when driven over 45 mph ... Long story shortened I have been trying to call him back so he can honor his work and install the correct one and hes not answering his phone or text messages from me.... Not every one warranty there work/job so this means I now have to look for another way to have my repair done . Ps dont pay for the job until you are sure its done correctly . He will take advantage of you if he can!!!

Ricardo was great in helping me inspect a used car I was trying to buy. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him first next time I need help with inspecting cars, and also servicing cars.

RICARDO was amazing !!!! I cant stress this enough ! I had a spark plug and ignition coil blow . Got towed to honda in Coral Springs . They tried to steal my truck by coating me $10’000 for a used engine with over 200’000 miles or new engine for $ 18’000. Then offering me $100 for trade in value . Then privately texting me they would match the trade in . Then texting me 30 min later offering me $200 . I called RICARDO . He charged me $50 to come look at it and said he didn’t think i needed a new engine and that he thinks he can get the broken spark plug out and re thread it and replace it . I bought the parts and he only charged me $180 . I gave him more . It was fixed within 2 days . He’s a good person and a life saver !

I have an old Nissan that needed a new crankshaft pulley and tensioner pulley installed. He came out and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using Pro Mobile for all my future needs!

Took my money did not fix my car worst experience i ever had

I knew that my ignition coil had burnt out but I just moved to the area and had no tools available to me. Ricardo gave me a fair price estimate over the phone, kept in contact while I waited for him at my apartment, and completed the work cleanly and quickly. He was friendly to my dog too. I drive a 2009 Kia Rio.

Ricardo is very dependable,hard working and MOST IMPORTANTLY,HONEST! This man told me if my starter was the problem I would just have to pay labor which was $100 my starter wasn’t the issue he made me pay him $300 because he wouldn’t leave my house. If you’re car won’t start suggest you get it towed to a shop for better diagnostic. If he couldn’t do the job he should’ve said so instead of making me buy something I don’t need and can’t get my money back.
