Very professional! They showed up when they said they would, to give quote and installation. Extremely informative and helpful though the whole process. Price was reasonable compared to other businesses.Customer service impeccable! That is very rare these days. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and helpful! Highly recommend!

We decided against using this firm since we found a competitor with much lower prices who was eager for our business. Moreover, they insist on adding a surcharge for credit card payments. This is an illegal practice in this state as Florida Statute 501.0117 specifies that businesses may not tack on additional charges for use of credit cards but may only offer discounts for cash/check payments.

Great awnings and they provided really good service!

So displeased with the customer service AFTER services were rendered! They were so pleasant and willing to work with my crazy schedule to get the awnings up end of July, early August. (I purchased 1 front and 1 back awning May 30th, 2017 for the cost of $900, however due to my traveling schedule it took about a month for us to coordinate a date that worked for me; which they knew upon accepting the job and I appreciated.) Fast-forward to today October 25th, 2017. I finally have 10 consecutive days that I am in town and I call to let them know that the awnings had untied, although the knots were still at the end, the came loose from each other. I was placed on hold and then told it would be a $200 dollar service fee to have them come out. I then said that I dont need a special trip, just let me know when youre in the area as you do the awnings for much of the development (my neighbors let me know that they were doing theirs soon). I was placed on hold again, then told that because of the hurricane they dont accept responsibility for that. I explained that they were untied before the hurricane but because I knew I couldnt be here I didnt call. I was then placed on hold again and told that they could give me a break and do it for $150. I let them know that it surely wasnt the hurricane its just with my schedule I noticed but said I would call later. I was then told all of the following during conversation: You shouldve called before or taken picture with date stamp, how do we know its not the hurricane that did it?, Thats not our problem, Thats a personal issue...and more but those were the ones that drove me to write this review.The original awnings were on this home, and though it had holes, did not untie with any hurricane since 1992. All of my neighbors with holes or missing pieces of their awnings still have tied ropes in place. At no time did they say hey, send us a picture so we can see if there is was an error in how these were tied or to see if the rope broke or well stop by when we are in your neighborhood to see whats going on.FYI: There was no more than 1 hole that was missing string; the knots just came loose. (Ive added pictures of the knots that were still tied but came loose from each other miraculously) And tying 5 knots that were incorrectly tied in the first place cost $200 with this company. SIMPLY ADVANTAGEOUS!!!I suggest you find another company with at the very least, better customer service once they have your money.
