If I could rate it as a negative I would.Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been having an issue with tiles since January and finally thought I was getting somewhere. Finally spoke with the VP of customer service in July who informed me that he would get it handled and apologized profusely. A month later he resigned and turned my case over. The new associate at customer service I dealt with seemed to be eager to help. Set up a service request which I had to DocuSign which states repair 22 tiles bring all necessary material to complete. Took the day off work and sat here all day. Call the customer service number to find out the status of my service request at 3:45 pm and find out the lady I have been dealing with is not in. I was then told the service was cancelled as they don’t fix tile. I was never notified. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

We recently bought our house complete with a Paradise outdoor tiki hut- grilling station. The grill was an older model in need of a complete rework. We went to the Paradise location in Pompano to buy parts for the rework. It appeared to be beyond our capabilities. Omar was great in obtaining all of our needed parts and even offered to come out to our house and rebuild our grill for us as well as install up to date LED lighting. He did a fantastic job for us and our grill now looks like one on his showroom and should give us many years of great use. I can’t recommend Paradise Grills and Omar enough. They really stand behind their product!

This place is a ripoff. They ordered a door and I never got it in time to finish project and refused to refund my money. Beware all sales are final so make sure you get it right they don’t have returns. There are much better buys out there.

I happened upon the tent sale while heading to a different location and decided to stop by on the way home. Kenney, the salesperson, was friendly, without being obtrusive and extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in.After doing quick research on the company’s website and scanning the showroom prices, I quickly decided that I couldn’t pass up the deal that was available at the tent sale.After purchasing the grill island and bar seating, Kenney stated that delivery would take place shortly after the tent sale was over on August 8th. True to his word, I received my items today, August 10th, in great condition. I look forward to making a lot of memories with my new outdoor kitchen and no doubt new and old friends! Thanks Kenney!!

All I can say is things stated out good but has gone down hill. Sending workers that are not qualified. Leaves a mess at home. Terrible work. Cracks all over the unit. Sent my concerns with pictures to paradise grill last I heard the supervisor will be in touch. I’ve given the company amply time to respond to my calls and emails and nothing. Highly disappointed. Looks good in the beginning but for the amount of money I paid the set is terrible and it’s only been a bit over a year.

Paradise Grills are the apex of outdoor Kitchens. I love mine and the experience I had at this location was amazing. The staff walked us through the 8 feature and allowed to do some customizing. I have been enjoying my Tahiti tiki hut for a few months now and it was a great experience purchasing it!

We were offered an updraded with our purchase, i asked the rep 3 times to confirm the model he checked on the paperwork was the upgraded model, because I dont know their names. He confirmed that it was 3 times. I get delivery and am told I didnt order the upgraded grill. They put a discount on their internal audit that we did not get to cover their mistake.They are theives. Go anywhere else!!!!

I love my new outdoor kitchen! It’s a great addition to my backyard, and it grills meat, fish chicken or veggies great. Can’t wait to try the rotisserie feature! After shopping for custom options, I went to Paradise Grill to find a modular option that offers the same features for a MUCH better price tag. Also, I appreciate the fact that I can move it if I want to change the setup of my backyard, and I didn’t need HOA approval for installation 😊. The delivery crew worked well and the installation was done quickly. I’ve had a few hiccups but Omar and Sean have been great through the whole process. I really appreciate that someone came to see my backyard, proposed options, and followed up closely until the unit was installed and fully functional. I would buy there again.

Our tiki thatch roof was replaced and installed a couple of months ago. We noticed the thatch slowly moving to one side. I found Paradise Grills on google and really liked their products. Used the build your own option and came up with a reasonable price. Then i called their customer service to ask some questions and they were able to give me an even better price. The lady in Customer Service then told me that i can go to their showroom in Pompano Beach to get a closer look at what they have. Once i got there, Omar Chavez met me and gave me a tour of the show room and how things worked. We finally decided on what we wanted. Omar was Outstanding. Not only was he very helpful in guiding us in the right direction, he then gave us a final price that beat both their online as well as their Customer Service price. He then gave me a few extras at no charge which was above and beyond what other businesses would give you just to make you happy!We are very pleased with our experience and cant wait to get the outdoor kitchen delivered to our new home and new pool.

I was in need of a new patio grill set up due to some recent projects. The unfortunate part is this was the last thing I wanted or needed was to spend money. So I searched and looked around and searched numerous companies fortunately for me, I wound up on this place. I also checked Craigslist and they were heavily advertising on there. Keep in mind I do not live anywhere in the surrounding area. So I took the trip here and was immediately greeted by Sean and Omar. I conveyed to them what I wanted and was not in need for, but was looking to get as well as what I felt was a reasonable price point. After spending time with them, they worked with me and what I needed to scco.idh. trust me, i put them through the ringer. Needless to say at the end I got what I was looking for and they were easy to deal with. Patience is a key selling point of theirs. In the end I was overly satisfied and happy with the option that was presented to me. Would I recommend this place, especially both employees, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!If you go, enjoy what they have to offer. Options are endless and not necessarily expensive for what you get.

I love my new grill / kitchen but the service after the sale is horrible. The outdoor kitchen was delivered damaged and I cant get anyone to respond. I call and get left on hold forever. 2 months and Im still waiting. Going to the showroom and pitch a fit LOL

I would like to start by saying that this place gave me everything I wanted, my family and I have always wanted an outdoor space to spend time together and paradise grills gave us that for a really low price as well, I would like to give a shout-out to the manager Miguel Lugo I strongly recommend this place!!

We walked into Paradise Grill in Pompano back in June to look at outdoor kitchens. We spoke to Sean Kuruc the regional manager he was at the store that day and he walked us through the models and we ended up purchasing the GX-10 unit with a tiki bar. We put down half the money so we can get the ball rolling and ended up taking delivery in September. The corporate office contacted us to arrange delivery and also mentioned that some of the items were on back order and that we would see them the following week. The delivery team arrived with the two units and set them up. There was damage to the tiles, damage to the fridge, all the LED lights were missing, and some of the stucco on the unit was damaged. We ended going back to the store that day and we spoke to Omar Chavez, the showroom manager. We went over the concerns and wanted to make an exchange for the new models that were available and he said that it would have to go through corporate and that it should not be a problem since we paid 19000 dollars for new units and got floor models that were damaged. This went on for a week back and forth Omar was the point man and assured me that they are trying to set up a pick up for the units but they would have to sell them at a tent sale I guess because they were floor models and old models.I contacted Omar after a week of promises and he tells me that they decided not to go forward with the exchange and that we are stuck with the damaged units. Today is October the 14th and we still have not heard back on all the damaged goods that were supposed to be handled a week after the delivery. We went to Paradise grills because we saw that their reviews were amazing. After reading some of them most people that submitted reviews did them before they actually took delivery of their units. I was willing to even pay A restocking fee to get new units but never heard back and never got my back order items addressed and my damages addressed . I guess what I am getting at is that their customer service is horrible and they dont care about what happens after the delivery. I can just imagine what would happen if you had some kind of warranty issue you would probably be on your own. This is a company with several locations and they cant even take care of a simple request and a request that we are willing to work with them on . We were very excited about our outdoor kitchen and bar and now it sits unused in our patio and its very disappointing .

I could not be any happier with our recent grill purchase for the luxury high rise building I manage in Fort Lauderdale. The whole process was handled with superior customer service. My first conversation with Sean occurred within moments of leaving an after hours voice message. I did not expect a call back until the next day, so I was immediately impressed when I was able to discuss my purchase needs after hours. I purchased a grill at the Ft Lauderdale location back in December. The sales rep was great it was an awesome experience and that’s where it ended. I had to call and email the corporate office more than 50 times over a three month period to get my grill I actually had to go to Orlando pick it up in a U-Haul and bring it home they told me that if I want it it would be an extra 30 days because of covid! I scheduled an appointment to pick it up at the factory two weeks in advance I emailed them three days before I got there and again one day before I got there to get there and they had no clue who I was or what I was picking up.This absolutely Has to be one of the worst run companies in America today. I called three different stores to ask them questions about putting the grill together and not one person had a clue how to assemble! I was able to get in touch with my sales guy he had given me his cell phone number I reached out to him and he informed me he left the company and the reason he left the company is exactly what I’m dealing with he said the company is run poorly and no one knows who’s on first or second base!Please be aware that the sales guys are really good and they will do or say anything to get you to sign that contract and then you’re screwed!

When we first entered the beautiful showroom for Paradise Grills, we were greeted by a friendly salesman, Christian, who explained what their showroom had to offer and then allowed us the opportunity to look around at our leisure. Christian was friendly and informative about all of the products available along with the special deals and timelines for ordering. We decided on an awesome new setup and Christian and his manager, Jeffrey, were very helpful in getting us through the paperwork so our products could be delivered as soon as possible. I walked into the showroom and looked around hoping to find the perfect outdoor space for my parents. Instead I noticed the countertops lifting off... I asked the sales person and his respond was that they were the best and that they made 6 million dollars in September... very cocky and aggressive. I suggested maybe fixing this issue since it is a showroom for clients and he said the boss doesn’t take customer advice 😂. I than asked how much it would be without the countertop and he said 4K off. This company is a joke I feel sorry for the people who fall for this. Please do your research

Update: After receiving the grill, we were a little disappointed to see some sloppy work while applying the sprayed on surface of the pieces. There were spots that had obvious drips that were hardened on and overspray on the electronics that were not cleaned before shipping to us. With the cost that we paid, I would have expected a little more attention to detail.Our experience with Dennis at Paradise Grills has been amazing! We were treated with respect and made to feel important. We made a decision based on price and our needs. They did their best to get us the product quickly and they outdid that by moving the date up for our needs.

We stopped at Paradise Grills in Pomano just to see what they had.Dennis explained the weighty fully-welded steel frame, the superior grade of stainless steel Paradise manufactures with, the paintable stucco finish and the lifetime warranty for the majority of the grill. We were particularly impressed with the stainless steel rod grilling surface & clean-ability of the ceramic briquettes. Our previous “famous maker” professional built-in grill stainless steel grill grates were showing rust within the first six months!Dennis was completely knowledgeable about the quality of the grill & was a pleasure to do business with. We bought a refrigerator & dining grill “on the spot” & would highly recommend doing business here!
