My husband and I knew we needed a new mattress and chose to go to Mattress Firm since there are so many locations . We decided on the way on Federal Highway Pompano Beach near St. Coleman’s church.We arrived at @ 7:50 pm on a Friday night and were greeted by a man vacuuming the showroom; his name was Myron.He asked a few questions, went of some store protocol like mask wearing and paper clothes to go over the pillows when we tested out beds. He then invited us to browse the store since we had no questions.Myron kept himself readily available as he checked on us and began asking questions about our needs and going over some options as well as introducing us to electric bed platforms. One of the beds I was interested in did not have the FIRM mattress available at the store so Myron let me know that I could visit another store to try it so I could make a decision based on completely trying the different mattresses.We left the store a little after 900pm...asked the store hours so we could come back ...we found out then that the stores close at 800pm. I was happy that he didn’t turn us away when we discovered that he was vacuuming when we arrived bc the store was about to close...we never would have known that he was staying over an extra hour to help us....his mannerism was nothing but professional and generous!I spent time Saturday visiting the other 2 stores near S. of Oakland Park; where the employee, Harry, was super nice. Sunday I visited the store N. of Oakland Park that had the exact model I needed to try that Myron’s store did not have on display ; Joy was of great help.I returned to Myron’s store with husband late day Sunday to make the purchase, where again, Myron was super professional and able to make sure all of our needs were met while extending fantastic pricing.We had a very nice and efficient experience since the staff was generous with time and information.

After making multiple phone calls inquiring about the option for purchasing shorter base legs for my mother’s electric bed and being told repeatedly this was was not an option, or that the sales representatives knew of, we decided in desperation to stop in a store front. We recently purchased a new condo in Pompano Beach Florida. We went to the Mattress Firm in south Pompano Beach to buy a new king and queen mattress. We worked with Myron Blackwell and got a terrific deal. After a few months we decided the mattresses were too firm and wanted to exchange them both. We went back to Myron and explained the problem. The first thing he said was “how can I make you happy”. We were able to exchange both mattresses for the cost of the delivery fee and the restocking fee. We were very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the awesome service. There are several Mattress Firm stores in the area but this one is superior.

My experience was fantastic. I spoke with MJ on the phone approximately 2 weeks prior to my visit. I was so impressed with her customer service skills, that I wrote her name down in my phone so could purchase my mattress from her specifically.When my sister and I walked in, we were greeted with a warm and sincere smile, it was MJ 🌞.She answered all if my questions, she explained every detail of the bed, bed parts, warranty, etc, etc.her coworker was also very nice and informative. I had done my homework and decided to buy a Tempupedic but was undecided on which one - they vary a lot in price. The store manager Myron walked me through my choices, In the end I was undecided between 2 that differed in price by $1000, He said the lower priced one really met my requirements but he said he would sell me the more expensive one if I wanted. He really spent a lot of time helping me choose the right mattress and even found one on clearance, which wound up saving me a lot of money. I stopped by today knowing I needed to replace my old Kingsdown mattress. I ended up returning Nectar sleep mattresses that I purchased online recently. Buyer beware of Nectar sleep service, terrible. Will never buy online again, lesson learned. We were greeted by Joseph an amazing salesperson, made us feel welcomed, no pressure whatsoever. I told him what I wanted and luckily there was one Kingsdown plush mattress on the floor for me to try. I also wanted to check out the Serta iSeries 4000 and Tempurpedic. The cool tempurpedic was hands down a great option but being that Ive owned my previous Kingsdown for over 20 yrs I chose the brand I was most familiar with.Joseph took care of us and my bed is being delivered tomorrow. Hes quite knowledgeable and will help you find the mattress you need based on your personal sleeping habits, even stayed late to help me process the exchange.
