From the time I walked in . The staff was extremely warm and inviting. I ordered my pool table and got my delivery the next week. On installation day I have to admit I was little nervous but Joseph reassured me that he would take care of things. They were so cautious and meticulous. Our pool table needed to be moved and reinstalled when we put in new floors. American Billiard was a joy to work with. The installation team was super friendly and more importantly very compulsive about every detail. Prior to moving they did precise measurements of the rug position as well as the table position to ensure it was installed in the exact location. We believe it is even more level than the original installation. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased a used table online. American Billiards disassembled it and moved it to my home, re-felted it and set it up all n a couple hours. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

We just sold our Great American Power Hockey table to American Billiards. Four men came to pick up the table. They were extremely professional and polite. They had the table disassembled and into the truck in 10 minutes. Excellent experience!

Bought a used 8 Table,Called at least 3 other Billiard Vendors in my area and all i got were voicemails or the runaround so i was going to try to level and re-felt myself.Tried American Billiard for supplies and Nancy answered asked what i needed and let me know they can level and re-felt the table (the Next Day!) I thought they were just a supply store.....The Installers (Lou and Sorry forgot the other techs name) were on time, professional and knowledgeable. In and out in under 3 hours.With other closer options closer to me, I will take the extra time and shop at their location just because of the level of professionalism I received.Oh i might add that the cost was a bit lower than any other quote (only had 1 call back) but needless to say it was quite a bit lower.American Billiards, you guys have earned my business from now on and look forward to shopping for any other billiard needs in the future.Table plays perfect!!!!Thank youJoe

We recently purchased a closeout billiards table at a local retail store that was going out of business and we needed professionals to setup the table at our home in Boynton Beach. I researched a few local billiards locations and phoned America Billiards in Pompano Beach. I got a really good vibe from my first initial phone call and they offered a great price to pick up the table from the store, deliver it to my house and professionally set it up, so I hired them immediately. Chris and Lou from America Billiards promptly responded to the store on time, as scheduled. They disassembled the table at the store and transported it to my home. These Technicians were so careful, meticulous and professional, and they couldnt have been more friendly. They carefully brought in all of the parts of the table with white glove service and carefully and meticulously measured and perfected the placement of the table. To watch the step by step process of them setting up and leveling the table was an incredible experience. We couldnt be happier with the finished product and the amazing service that America Billiards provided. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Had the America Billiards team move a used table, replace bumpers and add new felt. They are experts at what they do and it shows in how they handled the move and installation. From text messages from the owner to the excellent installation team. The table looks brand new. Very responsive and honest. Reasonable prices too.

Exceptional service! We had them move our table to a different room and put new felt on-the guys even touched up couple of corners on bottom of table. They were fast and the new felt & color we picked looked great. Fast forward to couple of weeks ago-We were transferred so who else would I call to move our table-the guys picked it up on Thursday and drove to new home on Friday morning couple hours away. They helped in placing the table and it looks great-thank you to Nancy & Joe. Do not hesitate to do business with American Billiards. Quite honestly, we contacted 2 other companies in our research who had voicemail as their first point of contact. If you get voicemail when you are trying to buy something it is inevitable you will get voicemail when you need support as well and that is not how we like to do business. Nancy answered the phone and from that point forward we knew we made the right choice. We were impressed with the support we received on that initial phone call which prompted a visit to the showroom the same day and ultimately to do business with them. Two days later we had the installers in our home who were extremely friendly & professional and did a terrific job. Really nice people with great service techs... They installed my pool table with quick efficiency. The office, I think I spoke to a lady named Nancy, was very accommodating to me request. I wanted specific cloth on my table, the speed cloth. They did this with no problem, plus it didnt break our pocket. Great people, great product .

Very dissatisfied with the service... Or lack thereof. So I wanted to surprise my husband for Fathers day and have his pool table refelted. His father and him are avid pool players so I flew his father in from Ohio so they could hang out and play pool all weekend . I scheduled our appointment two weeks in advance and received a call the day of stating they didnt know it was a bar table and they couldnt complete it until next week. Nobody asked me what kind of table it was, just the size and color I wanted. I proceeded to kindly ask questions (I was at work in the office so I know I was kind) and told him to just hold off because of his father coming down. So we get off the phone and the guy proceeds to tell my aunt who was there with payment and to let him in... That I was pissed off and continued to complain about me to her. Not sure what kind of customer service that is, but I will definitely be finding someone else who has all of their ducks in a row to complete the task.

Best pool table and billiard store in south florida! We were looking for a table on short notice right before Thanksgiving. Nobody else had anything in stock nor were they able to deliver before thanksgiving (apparently a very popular time for people to buy pool tables..?). America Billiards has an excellent selection of very high quality tables and delivered the table before Thanksgiving! The table I got was real hardwood, not MDF, at a price that was better than all of the large brand MDF tables. Also, their price in the store is the out-the-door price, including delivery, setup, choice of felt, and playing kit. Wouldnt hesitate to buy anything from these guys, phenomenal customer service that you dont find anywhere in South Florida.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.I stopped at the store in Pompano Beach (few minutes ago) and when i walked in I saw a lady on the phone, she saw me and said nothing, i was walking around and stand by for around 15 minutes abd she still on the phone, she never came out of the office to say ill be right back with you or something else, so i just decide to walk away.BTW, im buying a pool table so probably you lost a customer.
