I never write reviews but this time I had to let people know about an experience with boat max. First of all I realize this experience might not reflect someone elses, but my father told me a long time ago that bad behavior unreported, only invites more bad behavior.I will make this short. A written contract with Boat Max, means nothing from my point of view. This business owner of Boat Max, does not care about agreements and contracts. In my opinion, he only cares about how much more money he can make out of his customers. My advise, is to be very careful when considering a business venture with this man. Hell look you right in the eye and pretty much not care about whats right, but more about how much more money he can make at your expense.

Great Service to start to finish the sale. Christian was a big helper walk us thru all the boat options. My family is very happy with the experience.

Christian was great, easy to deal with and followed through with all promises. I love the boat 20 hfc Sea Chaser and feel like I got a great deal. Also his Suzuki tech knows these boats and motors inside out.

My wife and I live in West Palm Beach, Theres a dealer 20 minutes North of us who were complete idiots. I called around the state and Christian was and has been great to work with,Awsome customer service. Unfortunately after owning the boat for only 3 weeks the lower unit on our new 300 Suzuki was stolen in Jupiter. We had a trip planned for the Keys the next week and Christian worked with my Insurance company and had it ready for us. I had a FANTASTIC boat buying experience today with the owner Christian. I spoke to him about 2 days ago on the phone and told him I was interested in one of his advertised Sea Chaser 24 foot boats with a 250hp Suzuki outboard motor. I described my trade in and he told me it would probably be worth $8,000 bucks. I was expecting the usual car/boat dealer tricks where they offer you way less once you arrive but I was happy to get offered the same 8,000 as estimated over the phone. I was then offered 1,000 off the advertised price of my new boat. This all took place within 30 minutes and I was on my way. I cant wait until my boat is ready to be picked up. I drove over 4 hours to get there and then 4 more to get home and I can honestly say it was worth it. Great service and price. No sales games. Thank you Christian & Boat-Max!!!!!

Service was great! Able to find the boat that I liked. Christian was very helpful in all the questions. I felt bad that I had to asked all that questions. But he was very patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He didnt rush me in making the purchase or decision. But finally after going back there the second time, I got what I wanted! I have been to just about every boat dealer between West Pam Beach and Miami looking at boats. Most salesmen used the quick sale hustle approach and others thought I was a tire kicker wasting their time. I went to Boat Max last year and found Christian Tremblay a great person to deal with. I bought two boats form him.

The negative reviews being posted are 100% untrue, probably a bitter competitor or disgruntled ex employees... Id rate him at 10 stars if I could. Scam!--dont buy from here!--will not honor contracts!I found a great boat a couple weeks ago, and after looking it over, I called back the next evening and spoke to the lady there, in which the boat was on consignment, and when the owner agreed on the price, I asked for a contract to put money down(which I was paying cash, so I was ready to buy pending a boat survey) and she said that even if I put money down and sign a contract, if someone else came along, they would sell the boat even though I had a survey sheduled as well. So obviously I didnt put money down since they wouldnt honor it and the boat sold the next day!....she had mentioned previously that someone else was very interested which makes me believe she may have had someone else lined up and didnt want me to put a contract on it.....place is a scam!!!....stay away!

Great team over there @ Boat Max!We just recently purchased a boat from them, a 2017 Sea Chaser. Not only did they get all the financing done for us in house they really took care of all of our concerns that we had. After using the boat just one time we brought it back for our 20 hour service and they were so efficient in getting that done along with a few other things that were defective from the factory. Christian jumped on the boat and looked at the defects and made a call immediately to the factory to resolve them for us and get us back on the water in no time at all. My husband and children are so happy and just love our new boat! Thank you boat Max for a great experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a boat.

Boat Max is a very dishonest operation headed by Christian Tremblay. These guys will rip you off with no second thought and refuse to fix any issues or mistakes caused by them. Dishonest sales tactics, horrible service department and shoddy customer service. These guys operate like used car salesman of the 90’s. Buyer beware. Stay very very far away. There are much better places to buy a boat near by.

This is a great place to buy your first boat, the Sea Chaser line is a great vessel for the price.

This is the worst possible place in the world to purchase a boat.They have a crappy used boat lot and somehow they think they are selling boats in Manhattan or something to celebrities. The sales person is an 80 year old woman that works in the office who wont shut up and let you speak. If you try to ask a question or say anything, she just talks over you. Extremely frustrating and rude.We spent 2 or 3 days dealing with them to try to buy a boat and we had to walk away because they were intolerable.My husband and I had quite possibly the worst experience in the world at this place. We recommend highly to stay clear of this place. Im not sure how they are still in business, but if this is how they treat customers, I doubt they will be in business for too long.

Well we went to BoatMax after getting tired of waiting on another dealer, my husband and I found this place by accident just browsing carolina skiff inventories. We got the boat we wanted, at a fair price, they were really nice, they bent over backwards to help us get financing and set everything up clearly and concisely with no shady areas to the deal. We have since been back for maintenence and some minor repairs and everytime Christian gets our boat in and out, no waiting, no warrenty games, he just wants us back on the water. This guy is a straight shooter through and through, I have recommended BoatMax to a few friends already and will continue.

Christian Tremblay seems correct until you sign the contract. Then you realize the serious mistake! This person who was the owner of bars in Quebec, has nothing to promote Quebecers! Boat-Max is a business to be avoided at all costs !!!There are so many boat dealers, dont buy it!Dishonest, incompetent, disrespectful ...I had to do business with him following a purchase of nearly $ 200,000, I had major problems such as: the boat does not come out of the water with new 2x300cc and he replies that it is normal and that do not put too much gas in the boat! Subsequently, they dropped me and told me that they are not doing the service on my new boat that I had just bought !!!I would have a lot to write about my other experiences but one thing to remember!BUY ELSEWHEREAfter talking with the owner, we got on well, I admit that I was angry about the events that occurred but I realize today that The owner was not badly intentioned.I RECOMMEND BOAT MAX

Very bad experience, and this on several occasions. Pitiful after-sales service. Lies, scams, we were left behind with a new boat sold at boatmax which is full of problems and without any desire to help us. It does not do honor to Quebecers!
