The lifetime warranty is effectively useless as company tries any excuse to avoid properly servicing its faulty products. Tried multiple times to fix failing system, with multiple service calls and various charges before finally trying to invoke the warranty, at which point the company became unresponsive, difficult, and rude. BUYER BEWARE. NOT RECOMMENDED, deal with a real company with a big staff and get a proper warranty.

Our experience today with Victor and Alex was wonderful. Their courtesy and professionalism is bar none. Victor was professional courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that we understood our new system and how to use it. This being our second system, we would absolutely, positively, recommend this company and these fine gentleman. We swear by this water filtration system. AquaThin is by far the best filtration system there is. You can actually see and absolutely taste the difference in the water after the systems were installed.
