Beside the long waits due to short staffed. I came in for a oil change recently good experience. I follow my mechanic ( aka Chico) who just started working here and he been honest to me and my family for over 12 years. I wish I can give 6 stars.Tires plus you got a great guy on your team now.

Had a amazing experience the mechanic at their Chris AKA Chico he has been my mechanic for about ten years now hes always honest I would never bring my car anywhere else besides him I was very excited to see that he is working there he will be a great asset to the company he is a great mechanic!!! Horrible service, made an appointment and they said oh we don’t do appointments, also your looking at the end of the day for pick-up for the next day 🙄🤬 (for oil change and rotation of the tires ) unbelievable. By far the best Tires Plus in Broward. Ive been to a few others and theyre really not great and have lots of issues. This one though, excellent management, excellent service, and very honest people. Ive come here several times and have had nothing but great experiences.

Had appointment...Basically meaningless to TirePlus! Although my online appointment was confirmed, Manager sid they are short of help and backed up... Other stores in area said that even with an appointment, i would need to leave car for a couple of hours--to install 2 tires!Go ANYWHERE Else!

They only patch tires. No plugs. However, they offered me the right place that does plugs on tire. Lesson learned. I like cars to drive 🚗🤪not to take care of all these necessary non sense.Positive: glad Tires Plus is open on Sundays at Federal, FTD/Pompano. Closes at 9 pm. Walk in and be ready to wait. Guy, Dan, at front, was nice and patient with everyone, providing the right assistance.

I needed a tire for my car - unfortunately it was not just one tire - it was more then that. I would not put any more money into fixing my 2006 suv - Erasmo the manager walked me over to Avis car sales and directed me to a sales consultant. I will recommend tires plus and Erasmo to every body.

Have been coming for oil changes for a while, never had issues. Bought 2 new tires and an alignment, they were doing a price match for tires. I applied for a credit card, thinking I would save an additional 5%, but when the price didnt change, I was told because they were already doing the price match, I wouldnt get the savings for credit card. Nobody called to tell me the vehicle was ready until 7pm, closing. My short drive home, i noticed the very obvious pulling to the right. I brought the car back the next morning to let them know. I was scheduled to leave town within hours but told it would be looked at soon. I had to call back several times, finally told to come in 20 minutes, which was past my scheduled time to leave town. They said they made adjustments but it should be good now. It wasnt, but I didnt have the time to go back. The alignment is worse than before replacing tires and Im convinced they are incapable of actually doing it right.

My battery went dead on me last week at a gas station. After I finished pumping gas someone helped me jump-started the battery and I went to the nearest shop - Tire Plus on 1100 S Federal in Pompano.I called the shop a few times prior to my arrival. Not a pleasant experience when I was panicking but they kept putting me on hold, long holds.Upon arrival, they paid attention to my concerns and proceeded to servicing on my car.The scope of work I did include, front and rear brake pads, drums and motor. 3 Bridgestone tires and alignment and a new interstate battery.I have requested them to check the AC . They didn’t but the AC has mysteriously working and I guess it has to do with the new Battery. I dropped off my car at 11am and was told to pick up at 6pm. I called a few times when it was closer to 6pm to confirm as I needed to Uber myself there. I ended up picking up my car the next day at 12noon. I was in no hurry so I did not mind. I care more about the quality of work and I am not disappointed.Everything feels on point! Alignment is on point! Works were done satisfactorily! At some point I was worrying when I saw all of these bad reviews on here. But I’m glad my experience was pleasant! I will go back for other services when it’s needed!

Absolutely the worst. Wouldn’t patch a tire as it sat there leaking. They wanted to sell me a tire instead. The vehicle is less than 4 months old.

Bait & Switch fraudsters. Selling old tires as new. First you need to look at the picture of the supposedly new tire they put on my car. It already looks like hell.I gave this place a 5 star review 11 months ago (Nov 2018), and have been a customer for much longer than that, but am downgrading it to one star now. Allow me to explain.Leaving the Target at Lighthouse Point @ 5:30pm on Monday, I noticed that my rear passenger-side tire was pretty low. I drove past 3 different tire stores to get to this place, because I had given it 5 stars previously. When I got there, I was told their technician had had an emergency requiring him to leave. A tire store that cant sell and mount tires is of little use to anyone. I then asked if I could come first thing the following morning, and was told the earliest they could take care of me was 8:30 am. (They open at 7am). Gee, thanks.The ONLY reason I returned is because I knew they had a tire to match those already on my car. I had already selected the tire that was supposed to go on my car. I called ahead of time to check for delays - since they might be having staffing issues again - and received no assurances that they would be able to take care of me right away. So imagine my surprise when I arrived at 8:10 to a place that was nearly empty. There was only one other customer waiting and only one car being worked on.They did replace the tire in a reasonable amount of time, but they failed to inspect any of my other tires. I know this, because a month ago, Simonitz, just down the street, let me know there was a nail in my driver-side rear tire when they changed my oil. But its not leaking and Im trading my car in this weekend, so I dont care.However a week after the tire was changed I noticed that the tire was severely discolored. It was not discolored when it was put on the car. I would have noticed this. I didnt realize that they did not place the tire I had reserved on my car but some other brand. When I was there that morning, the manager did not discuss different types of tires with me at all. I guess he thought he could put whatever the hell he wanted on my car and ended up putting the crappiest tires possible.I answered an email survey about my experience here and of course I did not give them any praise. This resulted in an early morning (7:37am) call by the manager, having been contacted by the regional manager. The real story is that one of their guys up and quit leaving the store with no one. Not sure why I needed to know that, Im not upset b/c there wasnt a technician. Im upset because they had zero desire to be accommodating after letting me down.To add insult to injury, during the course of my conversation with the manager, while he was trying to explain how utterly impossible it was that they could work me in prior to 8:30 am (even though they saw me at 8:10), he recounts a time where he had to take someone ahead of everyone else because they had shown up at 6:30 am. So, basically, if I had shown up a 7, they would have found a way to take care of me anyway. Why not just say Bring your car at 7 and well get you out of here as soon as we can??? Why make me wait an additional hour and half?So, if I was upset at their customer service before, I am doubly upset now. From a safety point of view, I expect a tire place to inspect ALL my tires when I bring my car in. I dont believe thats unreasonable. Sears always did this. Because I cant bring myself to trust this place again, and dont think anyone else should, I decided to change my review.

I definitely recommend this shop. Tire insurance is acceptable. Staff set up the claim with my insurance. People friendly and professional and understand customers needs. Its very import for people who only know how to drive.Job was done great, fast beyond my expectation. Thank you very much.

Called at 430 and asked if they had availability for tire balancing. The guy tells me yes, but there’s appointments at 530 so I had to get there before 5. I got there at 445 to find out that the guy went on break and I had to wait 30-40 min for him to return. What’s worse is the manager acted as if I did something wrong and said “that’s why you should make an appointment.” As if I didn’t call and ask if they were available. There was not one car in the garage either..Why would you say it’s good to come now if it wasn’t? Terrible customer service.

The worst customer service. I went there twice in 1 day and kept getting a different answer on the wait time. They told me to come back the second time and still could not get me in for an oil change. Its ok, went to jiffy lube and had a great experience and friendly customer service.

Another nail in my tire and another time being turned away at Tires Plus. This happened to me once before at the same Pompano location and they tried to sell me a tire instead of patching it. This time they flat out said “come back another time”This place sucks. Do not go there for ANY service. ZERO stars. Buyer beware coming to this place.

Ins co took too long but svs was good

I took my husband’s pick up with 4 new tires to be installed, they were really old. Tire Plus did the installation and apparently everything was fine. Two days after that the tire pressure sensor light came off, this never happen in the past. When I went back to the store they told me that it was a sensor issue, they didn’t touch the sensors, of course they did otherwise this would not happen, they didn’t want to recognize this is a result of their poor installation. Now I have to take the car to another shop to have this fix.

Been to this shop since they opened and never had a problem. I like to work with Daniel, professional and honest. They might point out other services my car needs, so does the Toyota dealer where I go for oil changes (now at 200k miles). For brakes and other repairs I prefer to go to a local mechanic.

I came in again today at their Pompano Beach, FL, location located at 1100 Federal Highway needing a set of four tires and was greeted by Gaetano and Daniel. They immediately assisted me, with a smile, and were extremely courteous.I was also kind of an easy sale because I had completed my due diligence and knew exactly what model tire I wanted.Not only did they give me a competitive price, but they did even better than I had budgeted for.Also, Tires Plus is owned by Firestone Complete Auto Care, so I know I have peace of mind when traveling anywhere in the United States and Canada with over 3000 locations.

Did a good job on the tires, but quoted me an hour and a half, wound up taking 4 and a half hours.

They were able to work with me in scheduling an alignment, offered a good deal and had it done within a reasonable time.

Busy but Very helpful. And got a great deal on tires here.But there are some miscommunication problems here between the staff for Sure. But wouldnt recommend getting major repairs here as they do work off commissions and I was quoted 2300$ repair bill :1200$ qouted as urgently needed and 1100$ for recommended maintenance. on a 1200$ valued car. after I paid for new tires and alignment had to go back cause my car was still unstable. After replacing the other two tires. Thats when I Was hit with huge repair bill. no mention of the urgent problems before with my struts and control arms when they did my wheels and alignment. Which seems strange to me. BUT they gave me a great deal on my tires compared to anyone else. So highly recommend tires here but thats it... They are very friendly here . But theres a reason they want you to get the credit card....

I generally receive quality and friendly service at this location which keeps me going back.Difficult to get someone on the phone in a timely manner. I have had repeat issues with miscommunication from staff regarding my appointments, time expectations, and once they did not have any detail of my scheduled appointment and I had to reschedule another day.The location always seems understaffed which may lend itself to these issues. It does appear they always make their best effort and the staff is courteous and professional.

DISAPPOINTED !!!This location was recommended by Tire Rack as one of preferred installers for new tires I purchased. Had tires shipped to them and when I showed up to have them installed, was told they didnt have open spot to do work for atleast 3 days.Went somewhere else.

I originally planned on going to Midas down the street but they turned me down cause they were about to close in 20 mins. So I drove up to Tire Plus and John immediately welcomed me and took care of my car with a pleasant attitude and great conversation! I have no doubt I’ll be using Tires Plus over and over again for all my car needs. They just got a new customer for life!

I set an appointment for an oil change on the 28th, after arriving I was told it would be two hours for service so I rescheduled my oil change for the 29th.On the 29th, my second day coming back for an oil change, I was allowed to sit in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes with no updates. when I took a walk outside, the mechanics were all having their lunch while three (3) customers waited! After an hour my car had not even been brought into the garage, which was empty. When I complained to the manager he told me, I have to give them their lunch now while you wait because I cant later. The manager did try to apologize and give me a free oil change but I do not reward poor customer service with my business and my hard-earned dollars, my time is valuable especially during these difficult times.Tires plus does not value their customers time, if you need an oil change you should take it someplace that does value your time.

Those guys are great. Computer in my car showed that 1 tire has lower pressure than normal. I came to this store and guys checked ALL tyres and added air to some where it needed. Didn’t wait 5 minutes to finish their job. All recommendations for this service

This is your typical south Florida business. Hit or miss customer service. General moderate wait times. Usually in and out service can take some time. In general the appearance of the building is good. The waiting room is extremely clean. The work area is clean and appears safe. Thanks for reading my review and a thumbs up would increase my google rating.

About 2 months ago, took one of my trucks in to have 2 tires replaced. Told them I would like the rear tires replaced and then rotated so the new ones were on the front. Asked to have black wall out. When I picked the truck up, the new tires were on the rear with white walls out. Swore I wouldnt go back....Leads me to today. I needed a flat repaired and oil change on my other truck. Figured I would give them a second chance and dropped it off at 11. They told me it would be ready by 5. Got there at 410 and the truck looked like it had not moved from where I parked it. Went inside and the manager told me it would be done. The time now is 415. I said, youre gonna repair a flat on a dually and do an oil change by 5? He said its been a hectic day today, its not 5 yet. I said when I dropped it off, there was a tech sitting down, when I got here now there is a tech sitting down, how busy are you guys if techs are sitting? He had this dumbfounded look on his face. I said please give me my keys Ill go someplace in the morning. As he looked for the key he said he has certain mechanics to do certain things. He handed me my key and said he could get the tire repaired, I said no. I dropped it off in the late morning and now you want to work on it, Ill take it someplace else.If you are having a hectic day, certain mechanics, should be called techs, should pick up the slack rather cause the hectic day. I will never go back here again.

Ive visited many Tires Plus locations before and this one has to be the best kept. The staff is always very friendly. I never feel like Im being sold things my car doesnt need. They are fair prices and match competitor pricing. One HUGE difference is that they have VERY clean bathrooms.

Customer service has gone from outstanding to poor. I have been taking my car to the same location for the past 6 years since I used to live nearby. Unfortunately they keep changing their staff, and after letting Daniel and Alex go, the only reliable employee left (in my opinion) is Chris. I hope he stays.

I dont think anybody likes purchasing tires that being said this is a great place to buy tires. I sent my wife to pick up the tires and have them installed on the car. They treated her with a lot of respect and kindness and didnt try to talk her into purchasing anything we didnt need. I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism.

I had called Audi Coral Springs where I just putchased my car and several other tire service companies. Customer service at this location is amazing and will go out of my way to give this location all of my business. I dont know Daniels title but he provides a very high level of customer service. Best i have seen in a while.

Shop manger, Daniel, was informative. Watching him work with woth other clients throughout a Sunday morning. Daniel was informative, continually managed customer expectations, ensured all of us knew where we were on repairs through often great status touchpoints, and was friendly/professional. He made time with several customers to discuss future/upcoming maintenance needs. Heard no hard sells, no unsolicited markups, and he did great job with ensuring we got all or available coupons applied. Including explaining Tire Plus, Bridgestone, and Firestone mergers for 6-month free financing and added discounts for using any of their credit cards. Highly recommend !

The guys at Tires Plus in Pompano have always been honest and have always given me several options to keep my older car running without breaking my budget. If they decline to perform a service, its for a a good reason and they will always explain why. And the last time I needed a tire repaired, they patched it for me at no charge! They take excellent care of their loyal customers!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for honest, no nonsense car care and maintenance!

Went into this location as I had a nail in my tire. I was processed and told to wait. I waited one hour just so they could tell me they could not fix my tire. It was OBVIOUS as the nail was on the side of the tire. A quick glance at my tire would have been all that was necessary. They DID NOT have a tire in stock to replace mine but offered to order one. What a colossal waste of time. To top it off the chap who checked me in decided he didnt like the TV show we were watching in the waiting room and came in and said he was putting on a movie. So the adults in the waiting area were forced to watch a CARTOON. Hey Jungle Book is OK but seriously! Stay clear of this place!!

Went today. Got 4 new tires plus alignment. Asked Nathan to put one of old tires in trunk. He refused and charged me for its disposal2. Paid 89.99 for alignment. Car was NOT aligned or wasnt done properly as it veered to the left and was hard to drive. Nathan was not friendly and as a senior female, I feel he took advantage. I will say there was another worker there who was friendly. The whole process took 2 hrs and 29 mins and now I have to go elsewhere to get it aligned properly.

The manager Hughes, is the man!! He made sure, I was taken care of. Quickly, even when I was gonna get towed somewhere, he eventually made it happen! Definitely Italy recommend this place. Great! Customer service.

Twice, two different days, I came in to get a tire patch and was told 4+ hours and 2.5 hours wait time. The second time there were two mechanics sitting right in the lobby when I was told this. I know there is no money in patches but when it comes down to replacing my tires I surely know not to go here.

I always thought this company just sold and repaired tires. Still, when my cars A/C compressor stopped working, I stopped in to ask about it, not really expecting them to be able to fix it but thinking maybe they could refer me to a good place that wouldnt rip me off.Not only were the able to fix my cars A/C, making it blow ice cold right as June in Florida rolled around, but they did it on the spot with no wait, the price was way LESS than I was anticipating (something Id never experienced at a repair shop -- usually the final bill is double my expectations), AND, noticing my oil was low, they went ahead and dumped in a couple quarts with no charge.If you live in Broward County and need your car repaired, you absolutely should check with this place first. I cannot recommend them enough. They dont just sell tires.

The service exceeded my expectations. Erasmo was friendly, helpful and unperturbed during this pre-hurricane (Dorian) time even when some people hurriedly show up demanding service as if theyre the only ones in need or with the most dire need.

Total ripped off on price. !!!!! Brakes were going out, a leak, so had no choice but to stop there, so couldnt shop prices. Stay away, total scam artists. Took uber home. Came back to over $1200 charge. Many other places to go. Just not here.

Called in to get an estimate of a tire that I have an unexpired coupon for and was told a different price after waiting several hours for the tires to be delivered. The manager says the tire was actually discontinued and admitted no mistake to the fault or for wasting my time.

I got my car serviced here once and the man working on my car decided to lean on my plastic window visor and broke it. They tried to glue it and that didnt hold for even a mile. He gave me a card and wrote that he broke it and would reimburse me if I bought it. Personally, I think thats terrible customer service. You work at auto repair shop and you cant find the item and replace it for the customer?

I called for an appointment because I had a leak in one of my tires. Lady said come right over. I did. I arrived answered a lot of questions, information was entered in her computer. After all this she told me the wait would be 90 Minutes. I left ...

I stopped by the Pompano location for an oil change because the downtown location was very busy. I asked for a quote for some primewells and the guy told me that primewell was not a good tire and urged me to take the quote for the Bridgestone instead that were nearly twice the price . Why would Tires Plus not sell a good tire. I get that it may not be a good of quality as a Bridgestone but still. It was a shady sales style. I will not come here anymore. I prefer the downtown location better.

Worst customer service...I purchased 4 NEW tires 2 weeks ago and now my front is no good...the young man basically told me the tire may have been a used tired(yet they charged me for a new tire price)there selling used tires and telling customers there new...workers just walk around.I sat in there for hours...I will not be returning to this location...you guys will not get my business anymore
