Been using ADW for a few years now. Ive only experienced one issue in which was handked way beyond exceptional measures! We had one of the products ordered open when we got them. Now they come packaged inside of the box then shipped, they repleaced the entire box at no charge just because 1 of 10 of the inside packages were opened!!! Theyre absolutely wonderful! And their prices are remarkable as well!!!

My experience with ADW Diabetes has always been great. I had been purchasing pen needles for myself and syringes for my dog. Shortly after receiving the syringes, my dog passed away. ADW gladly allowed me to return the unopened boxes and I received a full refund.I am now on Medicare and my insulin is covered but I will have a co-pay for the pen needles. Its much cheaper to order them through ADW.In short, a great company.

My Little Bear was diagnosed with diabetes in 2016. ADW has been wonderful in that they have the supplies that I need, and at great prices. I check Little Bears blood sugar at home to help avoid the stress of going to the vet. Stress can contribute to an elevated reading. I have a diabetic cat and I order his insulin syringes from ADW Diabetes. Including the shipping cost, they only cost half the amount that the vet charges for them.Their customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful. Ive had to call them several times because my vet will only give me one or two refills at a time on the prescription. Always a pleasant experience talking to them!You can set up items to autoship, which is a great convenience instead of having to remember/keep track of dates. I forgot to order insulin syringes on time for my diabetic cat, and I updated my shipping (the 10 dollar one), but I still wasnt sure if it would arrive in time as I ordered on Friday, and it was the 4th of July weekend (so they werent even gonna be open Monday). In the order notes, I let them know I needed it asap. Well I got it Tuesday, which I am so surprised by but incredibly grateful. They really went out of their way to make sure I got my order asap.

I’m still waiting my order that was placed on Feb15. It is now Feb 27 still no packages. The tracking number reveals it’s in a Florida post office since Feb17. Per call to ADW post office isn’t scanning packages at this time but it’s in route. I’ve never had to wait on DIABETIC supplies this long. If the postal service cannot deliver our mail use someone else. Especially when you’ve placed an order for over $200...Very very DISAPPOINTED customer..March 2 finally got my order. ADW Diabetes provides great mail service for my diabetic supplies. They only sell grade A syringes for decent price. Ive stayed from Amazon sellers because theyre pushing factory rejects which are typically grade B & C 1ML injectors. Every 3 months, I can place order and it always arrives sealed and on time. I wouldnt shop anywhere else and plan on being customer for life.

I need a quality 0.23mm x 4mm 32g x 5/32, sterile needle to dispense insulin from my Lantus Pen. ADW needles, yellow label, are not good quality, because not only did I waste good insulin after attaching the adw needle, insulin leaked out before I injected my dose, Note pic below, these adw needles are longer than my usual, high quality BD, green label needles. I will never order from adw again.

I use the site for insulin needles for my cat. She gets 2.5 units which is hard to measure. This is the only place I found needles that have 1/2 units marks which makes it easier for her to get that exact dose ordered.

Zero star for the terrible customer service! Be careful with them, they did not care about whether their customer really receive the package or not, they will not be responsible for any lost package, all lost is on the customer if the package is lost! Contacted the customer service, but they refused to offer a replacement or refund, they said the package was delivered at front door and may be stolen by someone, and they will not be responsible for lost package, and they will only issue 25% refund FOR COURTESY .. What a COURTESY refund!! We paid the full price just for a lost package and we should pay for the lost just because we did not receive it??? Ridiculous!!! Can not deal with them for a full refund at all, no choice, we have to dispute the transaction and ask help from credit card company. Zero Star! Be Careful!!
