I came in on a Saturday afternoon to return a Citizens watch and I was helped by Felipe and Jorge. I didn’t plan to purchase anything else, but Felipe helped me find some beautiful diamonds stud earrings for my boyfriend and I couldn’t resist. Customer service was top notch and the attention to detail was great. I was able to return the watch without any issues and walked out with new earrings plus a protection plan that Jorge sold me on. I even brought my Dachshund puppy inside and everybody loved him! I’ll be back in the future to purchase something for myself and would love to see these guys again - thank you for everything and for being so welcoming.

Went in with my fiance to get my rings sized and the gentlemen that were there were so sweet and helpful. They explained my warranty to me again and helped me pick a new chain for my necklace that I lost. It was a great experience overall. Thank you!!!

I have been dealing with this store and the associates for over 3 years and refuse to go to any other location. All of the associates are fabulous and knowledgeable!!! I have never had an issue with anything they have actually gone out of their way to help. Highly recommend!!

Me and my fiance tried going to the store multiple times to find them closed early with a note on the door. Finally was able to make it there while they were open and I found two rings that I was told were the same price. Didnt know they were on sale and the sale was ending soon, great sales job there on their part. Went back 2 days later to find them closed again early. Few days later we finally made it back while they were open to be told the sale that I didnt know was going on to begin with, was ended. They wouldnt honor the ring price that I was originally quoted because of their inconvenience of being closed early. Then they started saying one of the rings I looked out wasnt on sale for the same price -shout out to Sydney for the lying. District manager apparently is on vacation and I was told they would reach out to her, to find out that they never did. End result getting a ring that I did not want but needed due to the wedding being soon and them not honoring a price that I was told. Legitimately tried to buy the ring multiple times and they were closed. Greatttt customer service and great lying skills here.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Go somewhere else. The worse.

When I came in Suyen (manager) took great care of me. I needed a watch to match my outfit for a club, but I didn’t have enough money. Sue put me on the progressive leasing and I was able to get that watch. This is a place of such professionalism. They talk to you and make sure, you are doing well and know about you. Suyen keeps her staff in the right direction of success. Great job!!! And Thanks!!!

Diana and her staff were outstanding. I went in looking for a ring for my wife and ended leaving with an amazing experience. I left as if I have a new group of friends, they are caring, knowledgeable and down to earth. I wont but any jewelry online, Ill come to that location just because of the staff.

I have taken my chain to repair here twice and i honestly don’t believe they send out the chain to ever get repaired because it continues to break ! I have been there twice asking to have it repair and have been told 👆🏽They don’t have a manager ✌🏽 they can’t replace it because they don’t have the stock and sent me away.... this store should be closed if they don’t have the stock nor the personnel they should just close down instead of having mediocre customer service !

So very helpful with the the picking of our wedding rings, and so very helpful with us on prices and payments. The staff is the most amazing I have ever seen in a jewelry store. Poor service. Even with all the extras I purchased with my watch, I ended up going across the street to Sears to have the battery replaced. Even though I purchased a lifetime of batteries. The rep at the store couldnt get my watch apart. The Sears guy took under 3 minutes. Guess I know where Ill be going in the future.

Sent my ring in to get sized. Went to pick it up and nothing was done. Promised to send it back and have by Wednesday. Wednesday comes and now they say another 3 weeks. Promised phone calls none made. I think they are inept and liars. I will not buy from Kay again.

The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to design a class ring and within 10 minutes they answered all of my numerous questions and I had a price estimate for all customizations I was considering. Wonderful experience

Diana is the most disrespectful person Ive ever had to deal with. She only values customers who are making a purchase. I went in on April 9th to resize and solder my engagement ring onto my enhancement ring which was purchased at this very location and i have spent almost every friday since running back and forth to the store because they tell me the ring is ready but each time it was worked on they messed something up. Its now been a month and I had to drop it off at another location so that hopefully they can reverse all the horrible work that was done. My ring is bent out of shape and she has the audacity to give me an attitude because I just want my ring fixed and want this whole situation to be over. Do not waste your time or money at this location.

Stopped by just to check things out, was greeted with some water and a free ring clean. Love the place, unfortunately did not have what I had in mind, but the employees were very polite.

Went to go pick up my wife ring on the 22 of febuary. The first problem I saw when I walked in was the manger was making one of the employees. After waiting 15 minutes just to pick up the ring from being clean, I had to go to work. Second problem was I ask what time you close. And the manager proceeded with come on man you know what time we close. Unfortually I didnt know thats why I was asking. Been many times where this has happen. Just wanted to let the employee that was being yelled at

I dont think Ive ever had a more negative experience picking up jewelry. I arrived ahortly before they closed to the door locked and the woman inside saying they are closed when in fact they shouldnt have been because it was 8 pm yet, she proceeded to tell me how the systek was shut down and it would take 20 to 30 min to turn on. She was slapping her legbin annoyance when I told her Id wait. She then pretended like she couldnt find my order (surprise she found it) . All in all it took 5 mins for her to turn on the computer and print out a reciept for me to sign .Ive never seen such a terrible attitude towards a consumer before at a jewellery store where my item has already been paid for ! I love Kay but will stay clear the Pompano beach location.

Went to the Boca Raton location with the Stock # of the item I wanted. I dont know about jewelry so I left home with my necklace. When I come home I realize they did not give me the one I requested. Came to this location to exchange it and they greeted me with the outmost respect and courtesy. They even told me that I was given the wrong box at the Boca location. They had put the necklace in an earring box and the people at this location let me keep the old box and exchanged my item with no problem. I recommend it 100%.

They only know how to sell jewelry they do not know how to fix you really do not take your belongings there to have anything corrected or fixed they will tell you right away they dont have the right equipment and those are the people behind the Shelf theyre not the people that work on it they dont know what theyre talkin about this place sucks garbage

Door says 10am so i pull the door open and proceeded to walk in. instead of hello sir. im sorry but we are not ooened yet. i am greated with were not open that door should have never been unlocked! not like i unlocked it. rude staff and unfriendly. i sat in my car for 20-25 minutes waiting to see if someone would comensay sorry sir we are now open. how may we assist you. but no. they kept about their business setting up. well theyve lost my business! wish i couldnrate negative stars. when my boss says you start at 8 i start at 8. not 825 after casually walking in, going to the rest room, getting a cup of coffee, going forba smoke break. im there quatsr till ready and able todo my job!the nerve of some people!
