First of all, Phoenix Remodeling Company absolutely DOES beautiful work and fantastic attention to detail and design. Our Project Manager, Taylor has such as a great eye for beauty and his suggestions and recommendations all fit into both my husbands and I style. Secondly, all of their workers have so much momentum while doing a job with such percision and perfection. We had all (3) bathrooms done and it was such a smooth process as they were extremely easy to work with and responded & communicated to us in a timely fashion. We highly recommend this company if you are looking to do some amazing upgrades to your home. We are ranting and raving about them! and are going to continue to do additional projects with them.

We recently used Phoenix Windows and Doors to do a complete remodel of our home. Brand new kitchen from floor to ceiling, new flooring throughout the house, two completely new bathrooms, interior and exterior painting and new electrical wiring. I was extremely pleased with the level of service, attention to detail, follow-through and professionalism from start to finish. Taylor Bush, the project manager was always a text or phone call away to address any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend them for any home remodel. I previously gave this company 5 stars until I found out that they never filed a permit for my door. The door came from California and the door is not approved in the state of Florida. I made it perfectly clear I must have a permit when installing due to this was though my HOA and and an insurance claim. Funds are held until the job is completed and the permits are signed off on. I am out more that the door cost at this point and I am very upset on the service I am getting. I have patiently tried and tried to get someone to resolve the problem and all I keep getting is they are working on it. No one ever calls with an update, I always have to call them. Which means are they truly working on it??? If I could give negative stars I would but then this review would not show up. MY first review which was very good and now to my surprise I am in this situation. We were going to use them for more work that needed to be replaced but OH HECK NO NOT NOW!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

This company is absolutely wonderful. From the 1st phone call in the office down to every person I interacted with the experience was wonderful, efficient, and excellent in every way. Communication is key to me as well and they keep you informed on the timing, the people that are coming to do each different thing. Lenny, Taylor and especially Jorge are just exceptional !My Kitchen is GORGEOUS too!Thank you to ALL of you.

A friend of mine referred me to Phoenix Windows & Doors so I could get my accordion shutters installed. That turned out to be a great recommendation. I was very pleased to say the least. They were very professional. Gerry, the company GC, assisted me from the start. I worked with Taylor who was very knowledgeable regarding installing the shutters answering to all my questions. And most importantly they finished the job and the inspections without any hassle! I’d highly recommend using Phoenix if you need shutters for your home or business.

Huge experience to share with the public. STOP right now, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are incompetent at doing the job that you pay for. They are quick to take your money and give you false information as far as how they are going to fix their mistakes.If you try to get someone on the phone after they have taken your money, it is impossible!!! You can not get the owner on the phone. His name is Jeff Bush, unfortunately you will not get him on the phone. Instead you will get Taylor Bush, you are better off talking to the wall! He will not resolute any concerns you are experiencing, he will only tell you what he is not going to do. Trust me when I tell you, you will get better customer service at the Swap Shop!!! This company is the same business as Trend Transformation. They are not affiliates, it is the same company with the same owners. I posted this review as PRIVATE, because i will not accept some generic response from this company.

Too bad I can’t give a zero! Just goes to show you can’t always go by reviews .i called to book an appointment talked to this Jerk named “ Joe”... seems Joe is not a fan of woman and thinks they cannot make there own choices when it comes to impact windows. He asked me how long I owned the house and if I was married or single ... really? I said what difference does that make? He said oh you will want to have your husband or boyfriend there to help choose the windows.. I told him I can make my own decisions and will be paying cash. This guy is unprofessional and obviously doesn’t need the business. At that point I said you know what... cancel the appointment . Totally rude...

After many horrific experiences dealing with renovations my experience with Phoenix was a welcomed relief. Charles showed up on time for our appointment and explained all of what was to be expected throughout the process and it went exactly as he said. From HOA approval to inspection after the installation, every person that I spoke with there was helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely use them again!

I hired Phoenix to install accordian shutters and a front impact door a couple of months ago. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Taylor kept in touch during the whole process to let me know the status of my order, making me very confident. At the end, Mike did a wonderful job at the installation! I highly recommend Phoenix Windows & Doors.

We had our bathroom shower, floor & countertop done recently.Taylor and Jeff were always responsive to any inquires and/or questions we had.Any corrections were done promptly and professionally.Adam, Ross and Travis were on time, pleasant and did a great job cleaning up after themselves in addition to completing a wonderful project.Workmanship is outstanding and we now have a beautiful new bathroom.

Phoenix Windows & Doors was a pleasure to work with - they were reliable and did great work. The installers they used, Fernando and Kevin, were excellent - skilled and didnt leave my job until everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend the company.

Never delivered what we ordered

We just had our kitchen counter and back splash done . They did a wonderful and beautiful job. They were very professional and absolutely the best . On time and did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend this company!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend Pheonix Windows & Doors. I hired them to not only replace my windows/doors but to install new flooring, new bathrooms, new kitchen, and painting. They were not at all equipped to this type of job — they never wrote anything down so I constantly had to repeat what I wanted over and over. They had no idea how to organize the sub-contractors which caused chaos among the contractors and created double the work (the contractors also recognized and complained about the disorganization). The Project Manager was completely incompetent, never showed up on time and didn’t respond to texts sometimes for several days (his voice mail was always full so it was impossible to leave a message). All of these issues delayed the project which increased my costs as I was not able to move. I really could go on and on about all of the mishaps but the bottom line is.....Do Not Use Pheonix Windows & Doors....extremely unprofessional.

Wonderful installation! They were 20 percent less than the others and they did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be happier with my new windows!

If I could give 0 stars i would. I found them on google as im trying to estimate cost of rennovations to my home - which i am undecided on selling or moving back into. I spoke with thier salesperson Joe, and after describing my project needed, which is more than just needing impact windows and sliders, i was pleased to find out they also have a GC as Id like to undergo serious remodeling whether I decide to sell or live in it. Thier salesperson barely took the time to listen to what i would like done. I explained to him that I am currently in Texas but my partner is living in our other home in Delray Beach (as we own a refinishing shop up in Riviera Beach; and someone needs to be there to run it) but that he could meet whomever the company sends out to see and discuss the project. Joe immediately was put off by this and asked me who would be writing the check. My reply was that Id need to see numbers first as Im still in the budgeting stage and trying to get a preliminary cost of what the rennovations are going to cost. He basically told me he would be able to give me the cost on the spot on the day of inspection and if my boyfriend was not able to write a check he wouldnt bother making an appointment. Apparently he forgot who I was and kept my name and number down as a follow up because he called me a couple weeks later and when he realized who I was, immediatley cut me off in our conversation. I have asked that he not contact me again as I would not do business with a company who hires people like Joe to represent them and to be the first point of contact.

Don’t buy from Phoenix they do not fix any problem with their product .
