We recently remodeled one of the bathrooms in our home and used this company to install the mirror. They were excellent to work with and pricing was upfront and fair. They arrived timely according to the scheduled window and gave updates throughout the installation and an approximate time left until completion. We would highly recommend using them for all glass and mirror needs.

Dean Glass and Mirror handled all the shower glass for 4 bathrooms, and full length mirrors for 4 bedrooms. The owners and crew were excellent to work with. They recommended and coordinated delivery and pick-up with a local etching business for 2 of my shower doors. They even got me extra handles for some closet doors to match the showers. Highly recommended.

Ive used this company for 9 years. I once asked for quotes from other companies for mirror work. The other guys beat around the bush with prices and showing to the job. Man I will never do that again. Dean Glass and Mirror is the only place I will ever go since then. Theyre always professional and give me options when it comes to the job. I own 4 businesses I appreciate good service and quality . Thanks again guys ... and if you are reading this do your self a favor and use these guy for all you glass needs.

The worst experience ever, customer service is terrible, I have order a small panel of glass for a half wall in the beginning they said it will take between 8-10 days, after 2 weeks and not even a curtesy call to let me know why it was taking to long I call and the answer was that my piece was cracked, seems to be a common answer after reading other commentsFinally the piece was installed then the owner call me to let me know that they during the installation someone crack a tile on the shower I tried to get an answer from them, the secretary said the owner will call me, that never happened I went to the store to dispute the issue and this guy told me that his guys didnt make any damage and said that he can drop a drill ten times on a tile and wouldnt make any damageThank you very much dean glass for a such a professional customer appreciationIts obvious I will never deal with this people again

I am very disappointed with my experience with Jason and Dean Glass. After measuring and taking a down payment, my expected install period came and went and I never heard from them. I had to follow up repeatedly to get the enclosure installed. The enclosure has created massive flooding in our bathroom and has made our new shower UNUSABLE. I have tried to work with them on the issues, but they NEVER follow-up. They blame the problems on one small piece of tile even though it leaks in 3 different spots. They promised to help but I havent heard from them since. They drilled into our expensive new tile and left us with a shower that floods the bathroom and holes in our new tile. I am very disappointed in their workmanship and horrible customer service. If one 6 piece of tile is absolutely critical to the entire enclosure working, I would measure better up front if it was my business. I highly recommend you choose any company other than Dean Glass

They are a pleasure to work with...After calling a few shower door companies to get quotes for a frameless glass enclosure we were a little dismayed at the general cavalier attitude towards scheduling. Dean Glass was the only company that showed up when they were scheduled to. Not sure if this is a South Florida thing or not, but it was greatly appreciated in this instance as I had to meet them on my lunch break. One company showed up an hour and a half late, one didnt show up at all. Jason from Dean Glass & Mirror showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. We were even given a referral for an amazing tile company to help us out with our other renovations. I found that pricing was right in line with the other quotes I had gotten. They werent the cheapest but they werent the most expensive either. I was informed that making the glass would take a little over a week. Heather called exactly seven days from our initial meeting to let me know that they were ready to install. Again, an appointment was made for the installation and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The employees were very courteous and were very careful to clean up the area afterwards. We absolutely love our new shower and would definitely recommend Dean Glass & Mirror in the future.Best Wishes,Amber White

LOVE this company! Jason and Heather were awesome, we remodelled our three bathrooms and Jason came to measure for our new frameless showers and vanity mirrors. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Heather who took all my information and called me back the next day with an appointment. Jason has an eye for this job and really helped me in deciding how the mirror should look aesthetically and the best layout for our shower. He also suggested I visit their showroom to see the different types of shower options and glass options. I was very pleased with his knowledge! I did indeed visit the showroom and I must say I went to several glass companies and Dean Glass and Mirror has the best show room. From start to finish the process was easy and we absolutely love our showers as so does my kids. I get many compliments on our frameless shower and would highly recommend Dean Glass to anyone. If you are looking for professionalism, honesty, integrity this family owned business is your best bet. Thanks again guys!!

This company is totally unprofessional and I wouldn’t refer them to anyone. The owner (Jason) came to my home and seen another company here giving me a quote and he just drove away. And then text me saying thanks for wasting his time. Sorry but that’s not how you treat a customer who’s trying to spend money with your company. Beware of this company nothing but unprofessional from the top to bottom. Would rather spend double than have this company do work in my home. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH JASON FROM DEAN GLASS. I cannot thank Dean Glass and Mirror enough for the absolutely amazing job they did on my new front door!! I could not ask for a more professional company from Jason, the owner, coming to my house after hours to give us our quote, to Heather, the other owner, in the office making the order process and installation schedule seamless! Installastion was done around my schedule, which is mad crazy, and one would never know they were there when they were done. They left the area cleaner than when they areived I can’t lie! I’ve dealt with many companies over the years and would recommend Dean Glass HANDS DOWN! Thank you all for making a nightmare into a pleasure experience! Can’t wait to redo my Bathrooms next!

I had a chandelier bobeches that the center need to be grinded to fit the space. I did a couple of places no one knew or cared to inform me where I could do it. I had already checked online how to do it.Although Heather Weese was unable to do it, Heather explained that their grinders where large grinders and if I went to Home Depot ( a block away) and got myself a Dremel with a grinder I would be able to do it! Bingo! That is all I needed to hear. She even advised what grinder bit to get and it probably would take an hour doing it slowly.Thank you Heather!!! It did take about an hour because I was extra careful not to break it. You were not only very informative but you gave me that push that I needed to do it myself! I know I will replace my Florida room panels and you will be the first that I will contact!

Horrible customer service! If you dont want to throw money out the window and be nickled and dimed, go somewhere else after reading this review. First of all, they give estimates based on customer measurements by phone. The person that answers the phone took the dimensions for the mirror and then when the guys came out tried to charge more saying the person who answered the phone and did my estimate wrote down the wrong measurements but they would honor the quote. After that job was complete,We asked for an additional piece of mirror to be removed and they over charged us for that small piece about 30% of what everyone else quoted. When I called to schedule that additional job (still tried to work with them) they said they would charge a $25 second trip fee!! I have never heard that before. This is additional business and not a second trip. We are educated people and we know better than to do business with a company who does not honor their customers especially those with repeat business. We are not saying not to use them, but be careful, if youre expecting customer service and want to give your business to a glass compnay who puts customers first, SHOP AROUND. we called another company and was able to meet our needs. The owner Jason then called and YELLED at me saying they do not need our business and I should Let him talk or else he would hang up the phone on me. He also tried to say my husband offered the guys side money to remove additional glass, this is totally untrue, my husband offered a tip to the two workers since they had to do a double trip to get a scaffold due to the incorrect measurements the associate took. We are homeowners and took the measurements which were accurate and made it clear it was a WALL mirror. Although his associate blamed someone else for turning the measurements around, he never apologized to us and proceeded to hang up on me after saying he no longer wanted my bunsiness even after hearing that his attendant made a mistake. We have NEVER experienced such poor customer service from a company like this one before. They have a lot of business so they dont care. Its quantity over quality, please shop around. Horrible! The one star is due to the fact that the glass was actually removed well and the job was done. Take your money elsewhere. Do a google search and get a company worthy of your money and business.

In response to the review left by Avant G. I will say that we pride ourselves on great customer service. Dean Glass and Mirror will bend over backwards to accommodate our customers. I will go through his/her accusations one at a time to thoroughly dissect their shady review.1. Yes we will always give an estimate when we can over the phone. Especially if its at the customers request. Obviously if there are discrepancies in measurements, as there were in this case, there will be additional charges. Please keep in mind, if we are talking a few inches here and there its not a big deal. We will let that slide, but if you call and tell me that you have an 6 high x 10 long wall that needs to be removed and we show up and its a 10 high x 6 wide cathedral ceiling wall of mirror with an additional 6 wide x 6 tall panel above a doorway then yes, the quote that was given is now void. You consciously misrepresented the square footage to try and get a better price and got caught doing so.2. We gave said customer a price for the additional panel of mirror to be removed. She was not happy that we were going to charge her extra for the additional work and said that she would have to do it at a later date due to the fact that she didnt have the money at the moment. I then informed her that the price given for the additional work was only valid while we were there. We were already onsite, the charge was not significant at all. She wanted us to come out the following day when she would magically have the money available. She couldnt comprehend why we would charge an extra fee($25) for packing everything up and coming out the following day instead of removing the mirror while we were already there.3.If we were charging her 30% over what everybody else was charging her, why would she insist on scheduling the job? Please explain this to me Avant4.I NEVER yelled at you, but I was stern. You wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise. Everytime I began conversing with you, you started talking over me. You and I have different opinions on yelling. I never raised my voice, but I also wont let you dictate when I can and cannot speak. You spoke your side and wouldnt let me speak mine.5.Your husband absolutely offered my guys $50 (instead of the $200) to perform the removal while they were there. He specifically asked if they would do it on the side. Do you actually think that my workers would risk their jobs over $50? Its a shame when small businesses run into customers like you.6.I NEVER hung up on you, I did explain after your husband tried to offer $50 to my guys that we werent the right company for you.
