I dont usually like to complain but it has been a couple of times that Ive been coming to this place and things havent changed. I know its not the greatest job to have but at least put an effort of offering at least a personable service. She didnt seem happy to work when she was preparing the food and the time it came to pay its like we had to beg her to pay. She kept going back into the room while we were waiting to pay. It was not even busy to begin with and I dont mind if she had to back to prepare something but most of the time, I felt like we ruined her day by coming in to order. The owner should be concerned of paying more or hiring better employees.

The worst place for Mexican ice-cream, flavors are so artificial, they don’t even use natural flavors. And the people working there, they really treat you as if they don’t want to be working. This place can’t pretend to be really an authentic Mexican ice-cream business

Good products and friendly staff, but the outside area should be treat it, specially for mosquitoes. I got like 10 bites in 15 minutes seating there.

The staff is horrible. The lady that works there does not want to work. I have been two times to this place and will NEVER go back. Their prices a pretty high too. No to far south there is another store that sells the same with friendly staff and cheaper. The lady working there MUST be fired!

Staff should wear gloves on both hands when pooring drinks. When she poored the drink into my cup, it overflowed off the cup and her bare hand, falling back into the large tub. This is not the first time it happened. Unsanitary.

Great tasting food, love the flavored water as well as the ice creams and the other authentic Mexican snacks. My favorite is the loose corn with mayo, cheese and hot sauce along with some ron pope flavored water

I had the worst experience of costumer sevice ever in this place. the cashiers were really rude and acted as if they didnt want to be there at all. i will noy be going ever again.

I have never experienced such awful service I went there and the young workers were not paying attention and ran my credit for 100.00 and when my total was 16.00 and top of that they laughed in my face.. they really shouldn’t talk about the customers while being present its very rude. Honestly come here all the time and don’t think I will return.

My boyfriend brought me here because hes Mexican and I liked the place was nice, i loved the paletas and drinks they had i order a rompopo drink was delicious! And i had a almond paleta. Bathroom was clean and the people that work there was super nice I was satisfied with their service. She gives you a sample of the drinks to taste. So much variety of different stuff to choose from!

Delicious home made icecream, different varieties. Customer service is terrible one of the girls hardly answer when you ask her a question. She looks like shes always in a bad mood.

The mango on their mangonadas tasted like SOAP! So if youre going to spend six dollars on a mangonada make sure you ask to taste the mango first.

I went because I thought they sold palettes from Michoacán but it was not like that they were from Michoacan jijijijiji

Today it was and the person who attended to me made me a pineapple first and when I left that it was not pineapple, he was upset. And the amble mind asked him if I changed it to another flavor and this was what I got. And apart from that I had a bad temper with me. As if Im asking for a gift, I pay it. I never go back to this place.

I like the place, the paletas are very rich and you can see that it has a good cleanliness.

The mangonada is very ugly, it is very salty and he only put the command in pure ice cream factory, those if they are real mangonadas and they put ice cream on theirs and mangoes is not worth it

I love Popsicles. Taste and textureBut Ive paid in another state for similar pallets 1.50. If they were a little less I think it came more often.But most likely the price is according to the market.Above all they are delicious and I always eat at least 3 pallets. My favorite Vanilla with raisin and Rompope. Also tamarind, rice and strawberry in water taste delicious. When I travel to Michoacan I always have to go to the Paicutin or La Michoacana paleterias. Its nice to have those authentic flavors in the USA.

It is very disappointing to arrive at a place where not even a hello is offered, that just asking the taste of ice cream is like bothering the one that is serving you, that they treat you as if you were going to ask for trust, it is not the fault of the client if not They want to work there that affects both the owner and the culture of Mexico that this establishment represents, I never return as long as that bad service continues and I speak for the girl with clear eyes that lacks culture and education.
