They sold me $800 worth of bad epoxy that fish-eyed over the entire floor. This is after I bought $5000 worth of product with them!I spoke with three different epoxy installers in my area, and they all said there is no possible explanation for the extreme fish-eyes besides the epoxy was bad. After they couldnt tell me why this happened, they forced me to buy another batch instead of providing good customer service.Its sad to know you spend so much money with a company, and when you need them to come through for your small business, their greed guides their decisions.Edit: after the owner wrote to offer a way to make things right, we spoke and he just told me everything my installers could have done wrong.

Talking to this company on the phone not long ago were really great had a lot of knowledge. Got my hands on some of their epoxy and polyaspartic for a job we did, great product! Held up great customer loved it but all I ask is for a little more working time, but other than that AMAZING stuff!!

They just ground and epoxied our garage floors. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. The two installers who came to do the work were punctual, professional, conscientious and hard working. There was a small issue with our hvac leaking on the garage floor. The installers helped come up with a solution that allowed 90% of the floor to be completed and will finish the last little bit after we take care of the hvac issue. Our floors look great and we are very happy

Not only did I receive damaged goods, but I was also sent the wrong product. I was told by 2 different people and 4 separate times that my order was to be replaced and reshipped. My order was not delivered as described. Here is a timeline of the events that occurred regarding this order:-I originally ordered the product March 11-I received it on March 19 via USPS Freight Pick up-It was packaged on a pallet fully wrapped with plastic so I was unable to see the product or any damage prior to opening it.-Once I opened the plastic, I immediately noticed the leaking boxes and opened them to find out what was wrong.-I realized it was the product that had been damaged and leaked everywhere.-While going through the packaging, I also noticed the wrong product color was sent.-I immediately contacted the merchant regarding the order. The main business line, directed me to a phone number. I explained to him what happened and he asked me to send pictures and stated that he would resend the entire order.-I texted him the photos and you can see his response claiming to resend the order.-You can see that 3 separate times he made claims that the product was to be replaced or that he had already shipped it.-I was then contacted nearly 2 weeks later on March 31 by the merchant (a different person) via email asking specifics of the damages, confirming that I had not had a new order shipped as previously promised.-I explained in the email what happened, what was damaged and what I did not receive in my shipment. She stated that she would ship out my order that day (April 1)-I contacted the merchant 6 days later (April 7) asking for tracking information so that I could pick it up.-No response to my email regarding tracking, so i contacted the merchant again the next day (April 8) asking for tracking and if the order was shipped.-I had no response for my email so I called Ms. Hernandez on April 9 and she was away from her desk, but the secretary stated she just ran to the bathroom and that she would leave a note on her desk to call me within the hour. I never got a call back.-I called again the next day (April 10) and asked the secretary to again leave her another message on her desk to return my call to resolve this matter. She stated that she would get back to me that day. Still no call.-Finally, 3 days later, the merchant contacted me via email stating that she will not be replacing any part of the order because it was never reported damaged to the trucking company at the time of pick up.As stated above, there was no way for me to have known the product was damaged prior to unpacking it. Also, in addition to the damaged goods, I also received the wrong color. This order was not as described even prior to the damage, which is why I am giving a 1 star review. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with this company. They have refused to refund or replace the order.

The floors are horrible, the job was not done correct and the company does not want to fix it. They keep passing the buck. We paid 20 thousand and have a very ugly floor. It stains easy, it wont come clean, we have water that just sits and you can still see the grey concrete under the coating. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FLOORING.

Worst experience ever with Matt in epoxy sales. 3 times I was lied to to make the sale.1st time, I called XPS to get a quote on epoxy etc and was placed with Matt. First he tells me my shipment will arrive from Canada, there wont be any hidden fees, no export fees. Only 6700$ CAN covers everthing. He promisses me it will be there by july 6th.2 seperate times.So I trust him. I make the purchase despite knowing the product is made in montreal and relabeled American.I live in Montreal. So I thought they would just send me the product from Montreal! I get a phone call from the border on July 8th..2 Days after it was supposed to be at the site. I OWED 1500$in Duty or it would be sent back.I call Matt and tell him the huge dilemma Im having..I was going to send it back..He tells me he ll send out 10 kits today if I take the shipment, saving me a 10% restocking fee..690$ so I listened to the guy and paid the 1500$. Worst mistake of my life..never do business with this guy..Hell sell you his Mom if thats what you want to hear. Great Canadian product that they re-label. I found a supplier here..hard lesson learned

Chris and his crew of sub-contractors( Nu-Crete Surgeons) are fly-by-night, shoddy operators. They keep changing their business name to stay ahead of their unhappy customers. Last December(12/3/12) we hired them to re-condition the pool decking around our pool. In August the skim coat buckled up in numerous place and when we notified them. They refused to repair their work. Dont let them work on your place.
