You have to visit the store they have the best luggage and theyre very nice with customer service.

They are great. Frank saw me walking with my airline damaged luggage that was purchased from another vendor at the Festival Market. He said If the other store would not help me to fix it, I will and he did. He repaired the dents and explained the problem with the way the luggage was designed. I love luggage and travel alot. I will definitely recommend B Y Luggage and their large selection of luggage and purses in many price ranges.
