The experience of dealing with the housing management was terrible, very rude, was treated by the manager like I was too much trouble to be dealt with.

While on a quest for a new affordable home for my elderly mom, we visited several 55+ communities in South Florida, the office manager at this park was by far most professional. she was very patient, answered all our questions and made me feel very welcomed . the community definitely reflects the great management .Its very clean and quiet .

Beautiful dwelling for seniors; Inc and cozy. Grounds well kept and friendly neighbors.

It is a beautiful park. Tenants across from club house have beautiful Christmas decorations out side. Christmas party was a Wonderful joy. Food music and hospitality was all 5 star and above

Havenwood is one of the best communities, and is the closest to the beach. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and a road that goes around in a long loop so you feel like you are in a real neighberhood, not just homes set in a grid. Patty, the manager is one of the most professional, kind, and helpful person I have ever seen. Her door is always open to you, so if you have a question, concern, or bring new people in, she is ready and willing to help. Havenwood has been upgrading the properties with a new fence (which looks awesome) etc. They have lots of amenities, and your trash gets picked up twice a week, and bulk once EVERY week (where some other communities its once a month). I would recommend Havenwood to anyone who is looking for home in a peaceful, beautiful community to settled down in..

THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER (KAREN) IS REALLY NICE,,ALWAYS HAS A GREAT SMILE AND COMMUNICATES WITH THE RESIDENTS,, SHE HAS A FULL AGENDA DEALING WITH SOME OF THE RESIDENTS,, ONLY CONCERN IS THE MULTI TRAINS THAT ROAR THRU THE NIGHT FROM THE DIXIE HWY TRAIN TRACKS NEARBY.....OTHERWISE A GREAT SAFE PLACE TO CALL HOME.

Nice mobile home community - safe - quietGood location.

I recently was looking for a great community where I could move my elderly mother to. After visiting so many different Senior communities in the Dade and Broward areas, we could honestly say that when we finally arrived to Havenwood in Pompano Beach, the community manager Patty was so welcoming and sweet, my mother instantly fell in love with her and the community. Not only does my mother feel safe and secure in her new mobile home community, Patty goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents, including my mother are welcomed and accounted for. Moving my mom into Havenwood is one of the best decisions we ever made and we are so very grateful for everything Patty does to accomodate everyone in the community.

New managers every so often that keep changing the rules of the complex without proper notice to the tenants. Ill-intentioned calls for tows, including national holidays.untrained office staff, to the exception of the groundskeeper.incompetent after-hours service: youre basically talking to someone that can only do a voicemail service.increasing rates on a yearly basis although there is absolutely zero changes done.

Nice, relaxing and comfortable complex.
