Took scooter to the shop to have 3 stripped screws removed and was charged $50. You can judge for yourself if it’s fair pricing. But this is reason behind review rating. Yes I agreed to the price before work was done because I needed the scooter fixed. That does not imply that charging $50 for the work noted is not excessive. Which is reason why I noted work that was done along with the price so that others can judge for themselves.

Ricardo and his team here at RB scooters Ive been coming here for years hes one of the few honest mechanics in the south Florida area that I know of and his pricing is fair you cant make everyone happy but I dont have any complaints about the several years Ive been coming here this is my third scooter with him and hes up hes a good mechanic and is there for you long after the sale.

Scooter was repaired twice and promptly. The reason behind the okay review is due to the pricing of the repairs. Make sure to have a detailed receipt, and negotiate with the family-owned business.

Highly recommend this place!. i took my Italian scooter by two other shops that same day trying to get a quick fix before taking my scooter to the bahamas and was told we dont work on those types of scooters. Then i brought it to RB Scooters and they were extremely helpful and able to think outside the box and come up with a solution (even with no available parts), and had my scooter ready to go within 24 hours! they saved the day, now ill be cruising the islands in style!

Unscrupupulous shop. They will tell you one price, and then at the end its a different price.

Scammed me not 1 time, but 2. These people will literally botch your bike so you can spend hundreds with them. Claimed to replace parts that weren’t replaced. Terrible customer service and I was told that I wouldn’t take any action against them, and was even “dared” to do so. Wouldn’t go back to this shady business ever again, absolute scammers.
