These guys and gals at Projector Screen are a real pleasure to work with. Ive been working on my home theater for 20 years, and have had dealings with A Lot of audio and video suppliers, and Projector Screen is among the best. I ordered a new projector but after 5 weeks of delay (due to the manufacturer, and through no fault of Projector Screen), I cancelled my order. They made this very easy to do quickly and without any hassles. Then I decided to replace my order (because I couldnt get the projector I wanted elsewhere...everybody was waiting for this projector). Then I decided to get a different projector thru a supplier Ive done business with for 10+ years, so I cancelled my order again, and Projector Screen was just as professional and courteous again. Shortly after I ordered the other projector, Projector Screen called and told me they have 1 of the projectors I really wanted and that I could have it if I wanted it, and I did. It was delivered quickly and well packed, even with a couple of complimentary popcorn containers and popcorn. I highly recommend the guys and gals at Projector Screen.

I purchased the ER120WH1-A1080P3 (120 Grey acoustically transparent) to replace an older screen. Assembly was painless, and only took abut an hour from start to finish.

This company is terrific!I purchased initially on Amazon for a screen for a client. I ended up cancelling it after I found out that the customer wanted a different one. We went ahead and cancelled the transaction and at the same time David convinced me that a specific screen would be much better and was willing to help me on the re-stocking fee. This was huge for me as I wanted to make my customer happy. We ended up getting a much better screen.Unfortunately, we needed it by a certain time frame and the company that makes the screens messed up the order and I was in quite a pickle with my client. After all that I spork to the Owner, Brian, and I have to tell you we spent about an hour on the phone and ended up helping me out with the situation and getting a MUCH better screen for around the same price. He was very helpful in my decision and very helpful in making sure it came and on time.We ran into little to no issues with the install but these guys were there every step of the way to make sure it went flawless. If you are looking to buy a home theater system or upgrade an existing one, these guys know their equipment. They offer great equipment, competitive pricing, and top notch customer service. After Brian and David sent screen samples to me, I decided on Stewart Filmscreen (123 - CIMA NEVE - below ceiling mount). The screen is paired with a Sony VPL-VW285ES in a dark room environment and the picture is awesome! The white screen materials really helps the projector perform well with 4 K HDR content.

Great advice from Joe Schodowski on selecting the right size and type of projector screen to mount above our massive front window. We got rid of our LCD TV and now have an unobstructed view of mega yachts over the intracoastal waterway. The picture is best after dark but the ambient light rejecting material does a great job for EPL games on weekend mornings.
I have dealt with a ton of businesses but none that were more concerned about my needs than I was. This is my first experience in building a home theater system. The house my wife and I purchased already had an screen and speakers in the house. I just thought a screen is a screen till David walked me through the entire process, I realized I didnt know anything. David was concerned I wasnt going to get the correct projector for my screen and was patient as it took me time to get the correct screen type and size. I stumbled across the Projector Screen folks by way of one of their youtube videos. When I discovered they are a small family owned business I decided to give them a call. I was super happy with Brians knowledge and patience as he answered all my questions; and he was no pressure in terms of sales. I ended up purchasing an LG HU85LA projector and a Grandview Dynamique 120 screen from him. Brian set my shipping expectations and he was spot on and both boxes arrived in good order. While this is my first projector and I have nothing with which to compare it; I am very happy with the screen and projector performance in my family room which has fair amount of ambient light. I ordered a gallon can of the G005 and arrived quickly. However the can lid was rusty inside and out. The color was also almost white and very thick sediment. I emailed CS and communicated with Joe Schodowski, he called the manufacturer and they sent me a fresh can from the factory. Perfect color, great texture, no lumps and new, shiny can. I believe this was an isolated incident, most likely warehousing and storage issue. Thanks to Joe, project will be done over the weekend.Update. Project came out perfectly. Great paint for a screen.

The Hisense 100β UST was the right choice for me. Its clarity, colors, sleek industrial design, functionality and its HUGE! I have a very open concept design with lots of windows allowing our outside and inside space to co-mingle. Screen is amazing, the delivery people another story, two people one of them tries to lift the package on his own, remember its a long box, well just as predicted boom drops to the ground, not good. I unboxed it an sure enough I found a decent sized dent, well I wasnt about to send it back for that, so I put up the screen and it works great, and know ones sees the dent.

I purchased a Stewart Screen 1.3 gain screen and Optoma UHD60 4k projector from the Projector Screen people. Brian was extremely helpful in understanding my needs and physical room limitations. His recommendations were SPOT ON! I installed everything last weekend and I can honestly say my image and 135 16:9 screen is much better than the dedicated home theater I just left in my old house. Id happily do business again.
I ordered my screen on May 18, 2018. They advertise shipping in 2 to 3 days. After waiting nearly 3 weeks and no screen I called the company only to be told they are changing computer systems and my order wasnt in the new system. BTW the quoted price was $930.00. I asked the representative who I was speaking to why was I not contacted and told of this problem. Also if I had not called how long before I would have been notified. Again he referred to the old vs. new system. I told him this was unacceptable. Since I needed the screen I asked how long it would take to get one. He said hold on and let me check. He found the same screen I ordered in the California warehouse. I am in Florida so I asked how long before I would receive it. He said probably a week or 10 days. Another person in our group was searching screens and found another company in Tampa who offered the exact same screen for $750.00, almost a $200.00 savings. They also told us the screen was available from the Maryland warehouse (same screen company mind you). We ordered the screen from the less expensive company. After doing so the representative from Projector Screen Store called me and told me they had found my order and it was shipped. I said I wanted to cancel the order. He told me I would have to refuse it upon delivery. I also told him I found the exact same screen for the lesser price. He said he would check to see if they could match that price. They did and since we were planning on adding another screen later we plan to accept the screen when it arrives. Better prices elsewhere and fail to take responsibility for their failures. Will not purchase from them again.

A while ago we bought a projector screen to replace our tv in the bedroom. It is great but only has 100 lumens so I was looking for a way to increase the clarity of the picture without hanging an ugly screen. Found these guys and got a quart of their paint. Their customer service person (David-shout out to you) helped me pick out the right paint as they have a number of options. Result. After one (test) coat to see if it worked...SUCCESS! At the end of the day the 1st day we used it, as we were rolling it up, the stand separated from the screen housing. It looked like the welding was minimal. I contacted the Projector Screen Store and told them of the problem. They shipped out a replacement screen immediately and we received it 4 days later. The only negative I can say is they never did call me back to let me know they were sending a replacement screen. They communicated by email only. Definitely a company I would recommend to others.

MY name is Geoff or whatever and let me tell you a little story about my life. One day I was at work and had to do stuff for a client. Super fancy stuff. They wanted a replacement for a bunch of out of date technology that would also make people say things like, Wow. Big light make nice TV. and Screen big. I like screen. Not knowing where to turn for this solution, I phoned up an old friend Google. He and I used to explore a lot of backwoods places in our neighborhood and even saw a frog once. An answer to a question spiraling within the pancake breakfast that is my mind. Where can I find a nice big good type thing that I can push images onto and make men across the nation swoon with delight?! I interrupted as Google was rambling on about some kind of dinner plan he made with his lady-friend, Hotbot. With a robot-like demeanor he responded with a word bubble about this Projector Screen place. Its what all the millenials are talking about with their flip-phones and Turbotax subscriptions. I dont know what they do but you get the point. Anyway, I decided to immediately leave the conversation as I had long ago remembered why I stopped talking to Google in the first place. Brevity is not a value in his eyes and I am a straight to the point type guy who would never ramble on endlessly while giving a review for ANYONE. Anyway, what was I saying? Ah yes. I bought a big Hisense 120 Laser TV from these guys and boy howdy did it impress the early winter snow right off of our client with the hot breath of a cedar forest in springtime.
