Ryan was awesome! My father in law is turning 100 and we needed his hearing aid repair ASAP. Ryan took his time and ultimately fixed them!!! In our conversation, I mentioned that my father in law is a WWII veteran. They don’t charge for cleaning hearing aids for vets! I would highly recommend Beltone in Pompton Lakes!!

I was very impressed that rather then trying to convince me to purchase new hearing aids I offered cleaning and changing the dome on my current hearing aides. After that service was done we looked at my app on my cell phone to see if it was working properly. It wasnt. I was in demo mode. they corrected that and resynched my hearing aides to my phone. When I asked what the charge for the service was. I was told nothing. Please come back in 3 months for a cleaning. When my hearing aides cannot be adjusted to help my hearing. I will certainly be purchasing my next set from these people. Undeniably customer service oriented.
