Not sure who she was in there today but they are the rudest people i have ever met in ponca city and there are really nice people in ponca shouldnt take your bad attitude out on potential customers

I would rate it 0 stars if that were an option. Awful service. If youre younger than 40, or even look or dress like youre younger than 40 then I wouldnt recommend going here or to anywhere the owner is. I visited the booth at Affair of the Heart yesterday in Tulsa, Ok with my sister and a friend. We went into her booth and started browsing around. We looked at makeup mirrors, some cookie cutters, then we found a pair of sunglasses that I liked so I tried them on but there werent any mirrors big enough to look at myself with the sunglasses on. So I asked my friend to take a picture of me (no flash) with the sunglasses on so I could see what they looked like. There were no signs saying not to take pictures or not to touch the merchandise, we were not the only customers doing this. I was going to buy the sunglasses until my sister walked over to me and told me that the owner had been talking bad about us throughout most of the time we had been there. My sister said Mary, I think that lady is mad at us. and i was confused about who she was talking about and why anyone would be mad at us. My sister said She keeps saying really mean things about us and I didnt know she was even talking about us at first but shes talking about us to other customers and saying mean things under her breath. So I put the sunglasses down and listened for a second and the lady kept talking about us and staring at us. She was saying things like they just walk in and mess with the stuff and dont even buy it. Trying the sunglasses on without buying them. and when my friend took the picture of me she said Now theyre taking pictures in them, that will be $5. but she was acting like we were little kids running around the store tearing stuff up. If she hadnt wanted her stuff to be touched, she needs to put up a sign or put her products behind a glass barrrier. I would never spend money in a place that I get trash talked by the owner. I can almost guarantee she was saying those things because of my ripped jeans or my friends dyed hair. I do not recommend buying anything from her until she works on her customer service.

Walked in the store with my friend and the lady who owns the store gave us weird looks, I think because we are young and was making comments with her coworker we walked around (honestly the place was really musty) I would give this place 0 stars if I could it’s not somewhere I would recommend unless your someone who either likes Disney collectibles or REALLY enjoys garage sales with overpriced junk
