Ordered a part almost two weeks ago now. Was supposed to be in last Thursday. Still not here as of the next Wednesday. Good thing the Honda place across the street is able to get chevy parts quicker than the chevy place!
I was not given an estimated cost of services. I was told my first oil change would be free, and it was an argument to get that. I sat for approximately 2 hours without update from the service department, the salesman I purchased my car through did that. Oil change and a flat fixed cost $130, but my car was not washed or vacuumed. My tires are cracked without warranty. My car has less than 10,000 miles and my cracked tires arent covered... say the least, I give your service department a 0 in their performance.
Back in March 9th of 2021 I took my 08 Malibu in to have the head light bulbs replaced, my high beams burnt out one at a time over the last year so I needed them replaced. The thing about Malibus is in order to change a $10 bulb you litterally have to take the whole front end off just to get to the headlights, it also requires a special tool. Chevy designed it this way so you have too take it in to be fixed instead of doing it yourself. I figured since they were replacing my highbeams, go ahead and replace the low beams as well so I wont be back in a year or two to do so. After all said and done, it cost me $294.44 total just to replace four $10 bulbs (I priced them at Walmart and bought one for the current repair) they overcharged me for with dealer markup. Image of Bill attached. I wasnt too happy but paid it and left, had a low beam burn out five or six years ago and Pemberton didnt charge me nearly that much as Stuteville did for labor. There was also a slight rattle on the left side after Stuteville worked on it which got worse over time but didnt think about it till my low beam burned out less then four months later on July 2nd. My passenger side low beam had burned out, which should have never happened in less then 4 months after replacing it in March, bad bulb or the mechanic touched the bulb when installing it, or the rattle that appeared after the first time i got it worked on that had gotten worse made it go out. I made an appointment with Stuteville again on July 13th at 10am to get it looked at again, but had a meeting at my job that morning so I dropped my car off with them the day before so they had it there for the appointment on time, with Robbie 3:10pm on July 12th. On the 13th I was never called, I finally went up to the service area around 4:30 pm, before the closed down shop. They had not even touched my car. What is the point of an appointment if they dont uphold their end. Anyway I spoke with what who I was told was the manager and basic said he had no idea when they would get to it until tomorrow. I explained my situation and he just went and got my car for me to just get rush me out of there I felt. Needless to say Ill be finding someone else to fix this issue for me, when my low beams were fine before I had them replaced and it burned out less then 4 month later after Stuteville replaced them, then gave me the run around to get it fixed and put my repair on the back burner. So much for Chevrolet Certified Repair. I never had this kind of service when Pemberton owned the Chevy dealership in Ponca, now Stuteville basicly has a local monopoly on the Chevy and Ford dealers in the area.

Worst experience with this dealership. If you need something I would recommend going anywhere over this place. They had my Grandmother’s car for 2 months and they kept saying they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. After getting the car back, all of the change was stolen out of her car, all the gas drove out of it and they stole all the light bulbs out of the car. GO ANYWHERE else to get your car fixed but please don’t go here.
How about an oil change with a multi point inspection. Sounds great if they would actually do the inspection. Do yourself a favor and choose a different shop.
Simple recall was supposed to be done on my truck, the tech left my truck idling for the whole time because of a lack of communication, but then when I get my truck back its telling me to service my traction control system but it wont be back there for them to fix it
Im happy with the timely matter my truck was looked at and fixed. Im disappointed with the fact no one told me they broke a clip on my nerf bars...I told the manager and he told me I could take it to auto intentions and get it fixed, which is okay but now I have to take time off work to get it fixed. A complimentary oil change or car wash wouldve been nice to compensate me for my time. Other than that everything was great!

The dealer was asked to fix my front seat. It wasnt JUST the electronics of the seat that needed fixed, but also the frame on the seat. However the dealership service staff failed to fix it or even ask if that was also my concern. SO, is the same issue going to arise? Who knows?
The problem i have is with the garage door opener. I have talked with the manufacture that supplies the product to GM. They talked me through the programing of the device and came to the conclusion that I have the export model and not the one for use in the USA. The service people have said that there is nothing wrong and it is my decoder. The devie in the car has to be programmed first before I can test the decoder. The service people said there was nothing wrong with it, but it still cannot be programmed according to Home-lite. The service people would not try another car to see if it can be programmed. They said they had to go by the GM Customer Satisfaction Program and could not try anything else. It is regretful that when I pay $50,000 for a car that your service people do not do all they can to correct a problem just because GM says my SUV is not a problem. Sometimes a problem exists in one or two cars and needs special handling to fix the simple problem.

I want to start off by saying that Ive never experienced customer service of this caliber before, this dealership is absolutely incredible.I live in Texas and was looking for a particular gmc sierra red crew cab, which they had. My credit is low and I was very worried about getting financing. After talking with Troy not only was he able to get me financing at a good rate but but we negotiated the price down on the truck getting me literally the best deal possible. I was extremely happy but Troy took it to the next level. After giving my truck a fresh oil change, transmission service, and full dealership inspection, Troy offered to have my truck delivered to me 5 hours away IN ANOTHER STATE. I dare another dealership to offer even half of this level of service.So basically I got my dream truck at a fantastic price thanks to this dealership and Troy Walters. I believe Stuteville Chevrolet Buick to be deceptive in their sales practices. Over the past 15 years I have purchased a new GMC every 2 years and have never been ask to sign a statement stating that there was no damage to the vehicle. Upon returning home the first thing my brother in law seen was a small amount of damage on the left side under the rear window. The damage can be repaired with a paint less dent remover and a polishing cloth.I do not believe that the salesman was aware of this damage as I have corresponded with him after I returned home. I do believe the dealership was aware of the damage.

My experience with other dealership has been when I had my vehicle serviced, tires were always rotated Without question, floor vacuumed, and vehicle washed if dirty at no extra charge. That’s what I call service. Thank you for the survey.

Tried to buy vehicle and have delivered to Colorado, this dealership did me wrong. Had loan approved and sold vehicle out from under me overnight. Then takes absolutely no responsibility for even trying to resolve. Then tried to pressure me to buy vehicle I do not want. Asked to speak to General Manager and it’s like he is in hiding never heard from him. Company is not even credited with the better business bureau, image that no accountability. Stay away from this sales department, they have no idea what customer service is. I will also be contacting General Motors, not what I call treating people with respect. The sales person I dealt with pretty much tried his best to back track after and tried to sell me a vehicle I did not want. I would not have called this dealership if I was not looking for this specific vehicle.

They posted a Honda van for sale and incorrectly listed the mileage at 60,000 LESS than actual miles. Joe was very apologetic as he knew we drove an hour and a half each way and called the day before. Joe was good. Mistakes happen. We made an offer based on tbe “new” mileage and the manager countered at only $300 less than the advertised price at the low low mileage number. Van wasn’t clean yet (it was a new trade) and had a dented front fender which we said we’d take as is for the right price. Our research shows that they were about $4,000 overpriced. Do your homework before buying here. And verify the mileage if coming from very far away. Very disappointed....

Very helpful staff, we didn’t feel rushed or pushed to just install parts. The tech explained the diagnostic readout to us and what could cause the issue. Had them fix the issues as per their recommendation and haven’t had an issue since.

Our new 2018 Chevy Colorado has failed to start on multiple occasions! The computer has never shown a cause until the last time! It indicated there was a communication malfunction in the ignition, BUT the technician on duty wasnt capable of fixing it, their response was sorry, well have to try again when it fails to start and there is someone here that knows how to fix it!!! Kims mother was dying, we were sitting with her as she passed, they have never offered a loaner while they fix the problem, their response has always been, bring it back next time
Took car in was told the part was $12 and it would be $116 for labor to put a shifter in. Feel like thats a bit much so I wont be having them do it. They did a great job on the tune up and replacement of Phillies and timing belt
We were heading to Kaw Lake for a nice weekend of camping and were about 15min from town on a Friday and out truck just went crazy on us. Now being be were towing a 5th wheel and at least 3 hours from home we were stuck in a bad way. The service manager was short handed and over booked and still took us in and fixed our problems. Awesome job guys and well done.
