The manager was extremely helpful and pleasant to visit with. She has a great personality and I was treated very good. She gets an A+ in my book. Great prices and selection too.

Factory Connection is in a small mall area which is easy access and easy to find. The store is neat and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of clothing to go through and plenty of sizes. The prices are fair.
