I was straight up denied the ability to trade in on the grounds they didnt have any money. And that I could come back in a week or so. Shoooot I wont be back again at all lol.

Says open and taking calls but metal grate is up like its closed during open hours. No one taking any calls from inside.

Ive called at least 5 times in the last week, and never received an answer after letting the phone ring for upwards of 15 minutes. Hesitant to shop here anymore.

Showed up at 630 pm doors were locked on Monday with a sign that said LUNCH. She just showed back up 6:33

The staff is always very nice when I come stop by. Its almost like going to a friends house. Not mention that they are fairly knowledgeable about most of their products too. If I even have questions about games or even the latest MTG cards. This is the first place I stop in Ponca.

Game stop of Ponce city is a great place for any gamer. They do offer cool bonuses when you pre-order games from them. Customer service is great and they are knowledgeable on their products. The only down side is their trade-in option which completely sucks and a total ripoff.

Went in there for a new game system for my. The gentleman in there I do believe his name was Asiha (spelling might be wrong) he went above and beyond answering all the questions for my wife we ended up buying a used Nintendo switch. So he asked what color she wanted the controllers and he changed them out for the color she asked for.

The guy behind the counter was super helpful and very knowledgable. And very very much separated his customer service skills from the rest if ya need a game store to shop this is the 1 you wont be disappointed

I have been to many gamestops around the states and ponca city game stop is most definitely the sweetest most caring shop of them all. They really do treat you all as friends and i love it. I would give more stars if I could.

Have fun trying to get in touch with someone here. Basically impossible. Ive tried on several occasions to call with nobody ever answering and they dont have a voicemail.
