OReillys Sent me over today Wednesday may 15th at 4:30 PM to get a size for a part o needed and I could see a little attitude. I told her that OReillys send me.she said what they couldnt do it .I said no.she told me the size I said thanx . well at least they sent me. She said o ya not to buy anything ! I said sorry to bother you.she said no problem have a good day!./ wow made me feel real good! I was a customer even at last address. Bad attitude. Should not treat customers that way.i feel like her attitude shows that fastenal doesnt care about helping people. Im sorry you feel that way.
