Couldnt be happier with our new dining table/chairs and kitchen island! Rachel was a great help finding exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process super easy.They delivered our pieces for free within just a few days of purchase. Russell and Mike were so kind and careful getting the pieces into our home. They inspected the pieces to make sure nothing was damaged in the moving process and even answered a few of my questions about setup so that we wont have trouble if we need to move it ourselves in the future. They were an absolute joy, Im super grateful!

Ive purchased a few items over the years from Smith, the staff are always helpful and kind, however this visit Carla went above and beyond any other associate that I have interacted with at this location she was kind and knowledgeable throughout our entire visit.We visited with our two young children of 2 and 7 years old she made sure to involve them in not only the shopping experience but also went above and beyond to ensure that they had a wonderful experience as well, providing them with cookies and water.Hands down I believe that Carla is one of the most informative and one of the few truly customer focused associates at this store and would recommend anyone planning to do business with Smith to give Carla the opportunity to wow and impress you with her extensive knowledge of the products and her kind and customer focused attitude!

Not as much to choose from as the larger stores in Metropolitan cities but the furniture is good quality.

He ran several options for us, gave us space to shop on our own first, and he answered all my questions about financing. He was also very understanding about us not being able to get it delivered until after we get carpet. Very nice. Will be going back for sure!

Shopping at Smiths is always a good experience. I like it when Scott is available. He finds out what I am looking for, shows me what is available, and walks away so I can wonder about and decide. He is always close enough for clarifications or to measure something for me without hovering. Selections are good, and comparable prices.

I applied for credit only to find out someone else was using my identity. So I Immediately called the store to let them know. Now that part was absolutely not their fault. But told me well we will call them and see whats going on when you come in. That was 6 hours a way. Said they had what we wanted and no they did not they had to order it. Then for a couch and recliner they wanted 190.00 every two weeks. So it just wasnt the store for me and went somewhere else.. But just because my experience was horrible does not imean yours is going to be. Hope it works for you.

We had no clue what to do with the space in our living room. It was an awkward shape. Hard to figure out seating. Worse neither of us have a lot of decor skill.Smiths Sales Manager, Sean Love came over and helped us pull it together. Using his expertise he helped us pick the right kind of furniture for the space. Even helped us figure out what colors would work best in the room. This cost us nothing.When it came time to buy new carpet we called him and he happily came and looked at the samples so we would pick the best thing to go with our room. In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Smith Home Furnishings still has customers as their number one priority. I have never dealt with such nice, honest, and respectful people. They take their time to show you everything, explain why each of their products is the best and make you feel like family all at the same time. From the sales people to the delivery guys, it is a wonderful experience. The service doesnt just stop after the item is delivered, but I had an issue with a chair I purchased and they sent a repairman out who fixed it better than it came. The manager called later to see how it went and if I was happy with everything. Big box store furniture stores with low quality management and service are a dime a dozen. Don was very helpful & answered our questions. We purchased a Serta mattress. Smith’s 365 day trial was the selling point. No other stores offer that good of an trial period. We prefer to do business with a family owned, Christian atmospheric store. KLVV music was playing in the store. Nice!!!

I actually came in the store with a friend who was shopping for end tables. I ventured back to the mattress department to check pricing. Ricci was very helpful and knowledgeable on the mattresses and bases they sold. She was not pushy at all. I took a few days and researched their prices vs online prices and found they were comparable. I went back 6 days later and purchased a mattress and power base. This makes the 5th time I have purchased from Smiths in the last 10 years.

I have been a customer for over ten years at Smiths. I have spent over 10 grand in the last two years at Smiths. Yesterday I had the worst experience . I bought two bed room set for my two boys when time to deliver only half my furniture was on the truck when going up to the store to ask why my Chester drawers werent on the invoice because I had seen them on the invoice when the salesman gives you the pre-estimate of your furniture total so somewhere between the cashier and check out my Chester drawers were no longer on my invoice when trying to question the salesman which was very nice and the cashier Brook when asking them what they plan on doing Im fixing my order the cashier Brooke said very rudely well we cant just give it to you I looked at her very offended and said I never asked you to give it to me told her all I wanted was it to be put on 6 years no interest just like it should have been when I left the store that day her next sarcastic comment was do you even have enough money on your card and I replied with yes I dont feel that when a company screws up on a persons order that they should be able to be rude to the customer and the cashier Brooke was very rude to me however the salesman was very nice and he is the only reason I went ahead and finish the order I can honestly say though after being treated like this by your cashier I will no longer be a customer Smith home furnishing if I have to I will order from Ashley Direct and have it delivered and most times its free shipping Im sorry Smith Home Furnishing but you have lost a loyal customer for over 10 years
