I am visiting from out of town. The wire that goes from my hearing aid into my ear broke. This is one week after I visited my own office at home who tried to sell me on a new set of aids and told me my current set was ok ............. Ashley greeted me so nicely. Listened to my situation, didnt try to oversell me, and took care of me as if she really cared about me! I didnt get that service from my own local office at home after working with them for over five years!! I highly recommend the Hearing Group and am considering buying my next pair from them even though I live out of town!!

I love my new hearing aids! They’re Bluetooth enabled and rechargeable, but the most important part is the customer service. Tracy in theMoore office is empathetic and knowledgeable and makes the whole experience fun. Today, I’m easily hearing birds, television, radio, my grandchildren and even my wife. I took a friend in to get aids. Not knowing anything about aids they answered all of my questions. They were very patient and kind. They noticed an inner ear problem, we made contact with an ear, nose and throat dr. Got that taken care of and he got his new aids. Ryian and Ashley are great! In Ponca City.

The girls are very efficient and friendly. They took good care of my mom. Knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a great appointment with Ryian. She is very knowledgeable and explained things well. Most importantly she was kind and understanding and in no way hurried the appointment. Also her receptionist, Ashley, was so pleasant and helpful. It was a good experience all around and we got answers to a lot of concerns.

Annmarie and Ashley have been great. Annmarie did the testing and explained all options and pricing and explained how the hearing aids work with your brain and which sets worked best for me with previous hearing aid experience and the prices were much lower than expected. They have followed up to make sure hearing aids are working well, asking if I was experiencing any issues as well. Wonderful women to work with.

When I decided to try Hearing Group in Ponca City, it was the best decision I had made in awhile. The staff was very caring and answered all my questions! Excellent customer service! I stopped by without an appointment and was taken care of at that time. Clean, professional atmosphere. I admit I was a little apprehensive but was made very comfortable early on. In the end, my hearing did not require aids at this time but that is not the only good news. I was not sold something I did not need! Now that is service. No pressure to buy, just come back in one year and we will see if anything changes. Finally, an honest, respectable, practice that is more concerned about me than a quota.

I just purchased my last pair of hearing aids through HG. I just popped in there with a problem with my old ones and I am so glad I did. The girls in the office are very professional and caring and also a lot of fun! They set me up with loaners until my new ones came in and have just been so helpful. I highly recommend you give the girls a visit if you are needing hearing aids. You wont be disappointed. And I have found some new friends!

Hearing Group has treated us professionally and with respect in every aspect of our dealings. When I purchased my new hearing aides they suggested I cut costs by retaining my old molds. When after 6 months of problems they replaced my molds without cost to me and said they would contact the company stating the molds should be included with the aides.These aides have been superior to my previous aides.Van Page

I have a profound hearing problem and have been wearing hearing aids for several years. During that time I have not been able to enjoy music. I discussed this problem with the HG staff when I took my hearing aids in for maintenance. At that time there were no hearing aids which would provide me the quality of hearing I was seeking. A year later HG called and said I think we have hearing aids which will meet your goals. They were right and I can now enjoy listening to music, TV and my family. In addition I found the staff at the HG-Ponca City location to be friendly, courteous and professional, but I was more impressed with their technical abilities and attention to detail.

This is the 2nd set of hearing aid that I have purchased from Hearing Group. They have always been there to help me when I needed it. When I first when there, their prices were by far cheaper then anyone in town, by 50%.
