First off this place only cares about money, the Lady there by the name of Enidsa is extremely rude. She will talk over you, interrupt you and hang up on you.Ive spent over $15k dollars there to have my jeep modified and was getting ready to install a bumper for another $4k.Unfortunately I had a Bestop top installed by them and the frame they installed broke 2 months.They had me wait for 5 months without updating me and having an attitude I had to constantly call and email to get an update to tell me they finally received the part and had to pay Labor for installation.As I tried to explain that the service I’ve been receiving as a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars is very unprofessional she hangs up again.When I finally get there in person and request to speak to someone above her she says shes is the highest ranking, and has her mechanic try to talk me.He explains it doesn’t matter that I’ve spent thousands of dollars because they have a 30 day warranty and since we are past that, they cannot help.So instead of helping A customer who’s spentThousands of dollars and had another $4k dollar project coming up for them they’ve disregarded that for just a $110 installation fee.To the owner good luck with your business you’ve lost a customer.Update: The mechanic that reviewed the defective device did not even analyze the vehicle properly thinking that it was a wire from bestop when it was the actual metal frame costing more to even more money to repair.Do not go here for work.
