Worst place to go in Ponce. I went TWO freaking times and they got bad diagnosis twice. I spent so much money and my car still having the same problem. The lack of knowledge and professionalism is BIG. NEVER AGAIN TAKING MY CAR HERE I DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

Well, many of great employees have left. Many new employees The service is not as great as before. I have done an appt for 9:00, on Saturday for Monday, but I had to wait about 30 minutes, in the waiting line to give information of what services my car needed when I had describe what the service my car needed when I made my appt, and the one who always service my car, have left this place, and the one who gave me the appt, who told me he would be there, to ask for him, he also knows my car well. He was not working that day. Well, they called to pick car, once they should have done, what I requested on Saturday and repeated on Monday, they have not changed the the lights in the back, the stop light, as it was requested. So I had to bring it back. It was fixed. The lady doing the paperwork, said you did not ask for that, I said yes I did, before I pay the bill, and the person who worked on my car,, said he has done it. I expect that all these problems are due to the pandemia of Covid 19, and everything else that is going on in the island.

Recently my SUV broke on the highway and I had to call a Towing Service. They took my 2003 Lincoln Navigator to the nearest Pep Boys located in Ponce near carretera #2 . I am very pleased with the service they have provided me. Jonathan Grande and Daniel Ramos made my -not so great day- into a better one. Great customer service, very friendly and most of all they did repair my SUV very quickly. 5 starts because I am really grateful with the job the have done. Keep up the good work guys!

Just to check a tire that supposedly had a nail took them an hour and a half and we had to go to a funeral for a family member driving an hour and a half from the other side of the island. Thats unsat. To top it off they were informed of the funeral arrangements, to make matters worse they mistaken my car and were going to put 4 brand new tires when all I asked for was to check my front passenger side tire. Wont be going there again.

They dont have specials on oil and if they do they dont have the filerter that goes whith the special

Unskilled staff and this wastes a lot of time. 14min. on the phone waiting for an answer, they did not resolve. 34 min. to get to the premises, for the same, 15 min. more to process what I bought online.
