So, two days ago i was sold the wrong item, I wanted disposable vape pens and they sold me pods (Cartridges).Today I came through to exchange it with a receipt in hand box still completely sealed and the woman refused i explained that this was the wrong item and i just wanted an exchange not a refund and she refused. When asked to speak to the owner or manager she said there is none.So she rather lose a customer and over $16 instead of exchanging it for an item that was $12. I used to come through every month spending about $100.Apparently $16 is more important.

From vdd everything was ordered but I went to buy a juice for my vape yesterday with a cookie flavor which never tasted like a cookie I changed to my coils and nothing but a slight vanilla flavor I bought 60ml and today I went to change it because I did not like it and they told me that they could not change it that I know against I tried it in my 2 vapes in my AIO and in my Revenger X Eagle of vdd I feel disappointed because I thought that the customer treatment was # 1 but they lost me as a client already
