Good customer service and diversity of products. The store was not crowded which made it easier to shop. The prices are kind of higher than average compared to other similar places. I found what I was looking for and after a bit I was back home. It was a good experience

As an Army veteran and truck driver who knows how the warehouse and shipping and delivering services work I would like somebody to explain to me the logic of these people. I went Sunday to buy a tablecloth and because they did not have any went to speak with an employee who look intothe computer and told me that they had a few ones in Plaza las Americas. The delivery system.they use do not work on Saturday and Sunday ok. If they have the tablecloth I assume thy order is ready and it is dispatched on Monday. Estimated delivery was Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weeken again and when I call on Saturday first another employee tells me that the order has not been dispatcjed. Then another employee tells me that the order was disppatched today and when she have more information will call me in 30 minutes. That was at ten oclock in the morning. I have to call at two because nobody calls me. How is this possible? From customer service to delivery driver this service is inacceptable.

Great location but service on the print counter is slow, really slow. Dont come in a rush cause you are going to be here for a while.

Went to this store for printing from email using self service copy machines and they were out of service because of no ink. Very disappointing for a store that sells ink.

Always satisfied when going to the service counter. The young people are very knowledgeable. Always quickly and efficiency deal with my phone for printouts of documents or photos.

Bought a computer store tech recommended it started giving me problems it was replaced that was just as bad brought it back was never repaired properly now they tell. me i bought a bad brand??? Have a nice day? ??

Horrible customer services through phone, called many times no answer! ordered from officemax usa and never got my ink. Honestly its worth paying more somewhere else and you have your product available.

I love the special sales at Office Max but the Customer Service isnt that good. They lack of being nice/warm with their clients and do not know how to work well on rush hours. They havent improved their production on the printing area in 3 years that I have went there to use and pay for their services and goods.Edit (12/10/2019):I lowered the stars. They havent improved on their customer service.

Terrible i had to wait an hour and 29 min just to laminate one sheet of paper, l left got lunch and still 40 min later i got a text saying there were still 9 people ahead estimate wait 82 min. If this is what you call service your in the wrong tech bissness. I went to your competition and got it faster and cheaper

It took 1.5 hour to receive appropriate servixe just to send a fax.

Great sale on office and school supplies, I visited the Copy Center for a custom order and service was excellent. They made me one copy to approve then when approved, they ran with it. Very good work. Will come again.

Bought a chair for store pick, received notification that it was ready for pickup. Arrived at the store one of the employees take me that there is no inventory of that chair. Wasted my time, lack of any kind of organization. No apologies given.

Disappointing and very disrespectful! After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes they decide to let a lady walking front of me and provider service before me without apologizing nor giving me a reason as to why! Will not be coming here ever again hopefully the upper management sees this and gives them an attitude adjustment lesson.

Sad to say that the printing service at this store was frankly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Office Max. I called to have some pictures printed for a family member who passed away and the employee who picked up to attended me was in a rush. Didn’t even allow me get a word out my mouth without interrupting me by speaking to other people while I was on the phone. I kindly asked if she can provide me their email so I can send the pictures over for printing and she spelled the email out in a really fast manner as if she was in a rush. Not even sure if I got it right. I tried to confirm the email with her about 3 times, since she spelled it in a fast manner, and she responded in tone as if she was annoyed. Since I couldn’t confirm the email with her, I asked if she could kindly transfer me to the printing department, hoping I would be attended by an employee who was not in a rush and she warned me by saying “I’m going to warn you in advanced that they are really busy today, we have a lot of people printing. I don’t think they’ll be picking up the phone”. She transferred me and as said, did not get to speak to another employee. If you are printing and need at least a pleasant customer service – I would say don’t go here. :/

Ive been waiting for 30 minutes to copy an email there are more than 10 employees in front of the store walking through the store and only 2 employees working in the print center with more than 16 customers waiting if I knew from another site I would have already left has the worst service i have seen if i could give it zero star but you cant need better management

The printing area is very slow. You can wait up to 45 minutes in a row. Sometimes they have few employees and sometimes more alone in this area. With everything and that the wait is not justified. Employees should be trained in the printing area. They lack basic skills and in the handling of printers.

They have many office supplies, although their prices are not cheap. The staff is attentive and helpful. The only downside is that sometimes they only have a single cash register to pay and there are horribly slow lines. The printing area is good. In this area they are the most complete office supply store. They have a great variety of printers, although the inks sell them very expensive. They also have a wide variety of pens and pencils. Parking is ample. If it rains be careful the road in front of the store floods.

It has a good supply of office equipment and computers. But my experience with an employee was not good service. I returned on July 8 and they treated me with care.

I had to leave the store due to they had a speaker with loud heavy metal music and we can not speak and think about the desk and chair that I wanted to buy.Today I had to leave the Ponce store because they had a horn with heavy metal rock music in high volume that did not allow us to talk or concentrate to make the decision on which desk and chair to buy.
