Everything was fine but they only programmed the key but could not program the Vehicle Alarm.

I went to buy 2 new Toledo locks with all their mechanism. They had a new employee, the employee even looked at the warehouse and they only had 1 lock compatible with my door, but I didnt like the style or the Valero brand. The only thing I got was the defective part that had the door. When I installed the piece the anchors of the lock were smaller than the original of the door. When I go to exchange it for another that is compatible with the door, the one who attends me comes to say you forgive me, but yesterday the employee took half an hour with you so that you would only buy one piece. I am very disappointed. Nor did they have another that was compatible with my door. He gave me a credit in the store, because they do not return money and you have to go with a receipt.I do not recommend this place at all or professionalism. There are like 8 employees on the premises doing nothing and 1 who is new trying to help me.It is because of the poor service that many of the small businesses in Puerto Rico fail.I do not buy a screw anymore.To these from Americas Lock & Key, forgive me now.

$ 50 to check and fix a car lock cylinder that just wouldnt turn.For 11.99 he got two cylinders and two new keys. Too expensive
