Good Pepper steak!

The staff is super friendly, and it has great potential, but it just seems almost an abandoned project. There is very little information about the ceremonial site itself; a few signs and a hut replica. More in-depth information about what the various formation were and how they were used would have gone a long way to improving the visit. Worth seeing, if youve never been, I suppose.

Stumbled on this place on the way back from Ponce to San Juan by car. Young cantonese boss, and can cook with good wok breath, great tasting chicken noodles with plenty of garlic oil, also delicious pepper steak fried rice- a staple. Great portions and very clean, always wiping. Even toilets were clean. Chef wears a head cover and I am happy to eat there again if ever I am nearby again. I even bought a take out to for the following day.Kudos to this young boss and good luck.
