I was involved in a hit and run so my vehicle needed some body work. When I contacted my insurance company, they referred me to Service King. When I called to schedule my appointment, they were very professional and got me in quickly. The service beyond that was wonderful also. I was informed of the progress of my work at each step and assured that Id receive my vehicle as promised and I did. Don was informative, he encouraged questions and provided very helpful aftercare tips. I would highly recommend this location because of the way they take care of their customers.

Took my truck to them after hitting a deer. Was able to use the automated service after hours to set up a drop off the following morning. Had my truck back the following week. Was updated with texts throughout the week. Easy process, quick turnaround, quality work.

Service King North at 490 S. Telegraph (don’t confuse it with the south location down the street) has the BEST customer service hands down! They care about their customers and stand behind their work. The Manager, Ryan, is an ethical person. He gave me an honest evaluation and the work was done well. Sarah at the front desk is very friendly and polite and makes it easy to set up an appointment at a convenient time.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TESLA HERE. Had an accident last week. Service King is one of the only options in Michigan on Teslas website for collision repair. I call Service King and even though they have 5+ locations in MI that are listed as Tesla Approved Body Shops only one location can actually repair structural damage. All of the other locations in MI can only do body work on Teslas according to Service Kings customer service. This was frustrating but not a big deal since the Pontiac North location could do this type of repair.The customer service rep called the Pontiac North location to set up an appointment for me and they told her they were too busy and would not take any more Teslas and to call someone else. They were unwilling to even speak to me about the kind of repair I needed and completely wrote me off. The least they could have done was spoken to me and referred me somewhere else.Tesla should revoke Service Kings certification as an approved body shop since apparently most of their locations cant even do structural repairs and the one location that can is so busy they wont even talk to Tesla owners. If youre too busy then why dont you take your name off Teslas website so they can certify another body shop to do the work youre refusing to do?Service King may be fine for other types of vehicles but they dont care about Tesla drivers whatsoever and the difficult situation were already in trying to get our vehicles serviced in MI. Take your Tesla to Koenes Auto Body in Grand Rapids. Ive received excellent service from them and they seem like they actually want to work on Teslas. Youve been warned!

These guys are great. I called and told them my situation with my vehicle that was rusted out on the bottom. They didnt try to push me into fixing the problem but showed me all angles of the situation if I should decide to get it fixed. Very honest people and willing to do what was best for me in my situation and budget. I called and set up an appointment and they didnt have me sit there for much time before they gave me immediate attention. I would recommend this facility to anyone who would like to be treated with respect, honesty and in a timely matter.

Excellent service and work on my Chevy HHR. Friendly staff explained all the details and helped me understand the insurance claim. Colin was very good about telling me about the repair work. Perfect experience. I will recommend and refer them.

They fixed the dent in my door so that I could open and close it properly without charging me. However they were a little pricey on installing my mirror. But I didnt have to wait very long so Im happy enough

Today I picked up my car for the second time from Service King. This was my second accident that Service king handled. They always are friendly, understanding, and my daughter likes it there too. Each time they have done the work and responded to my insurance company with needed info quickly. And they cleaned up the inside of my car for me! I dont want to HAVE to see them ever again but, if the services are needed in the future, Ill go straight to them.

They did a great job on my car looks really like new when I got it back.

They repaired my car to brand new, and practically detailed the car. They even changed my cars oil, which is full synthetic and saved me quite a pretty penny. By far the best and only option if you are looking to get you vehicle repaired.

Wife has gone here a few times to get her car fixed, and we are overall satisfied with them.

My experience with Autometric has been a trip. Ever since they became Service king. Their service performance has just been terrible. And unfortunately, they have caused me a lot of stress in the time I had to patiently wait months to get my car back from them. When I received my car back, its was in terrible condition, they put one of the damaged wheels back on the car, they damaged one of my brake calipers, my car was dusty and dirty. They missed a bent wheel hub assembly(which was extremely loud and squeaking) the car was pulling to the left, the alignment was poorly done. They even tried Lying to me trying to make me believe the tires were causing the pull.I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY LET THE VEHICLE GO TO THE CUSTOMER IN SUCH TERRIBLE CONDITION!!!They paid for the caliper damage. But nothing elseThey even took months to find the right color wheels for my vehicle.. granted all wheels got replaced because I called the Ford parts manager directly. But they refused to repair the car and have the alignment redone. So I had to repair my own car after I paid them and they touched it. I am appalled on their performance. I wouldnt waste anymore time with these guys. They actually are very nice guys, just dont know how to do their jobs efficiently and effectively
