My vehicle was pulling to the left, so I took it to EJ Tire for an alignment, because their reviews were so good. However, I had a bad experience with them. They told me that there was a lot of play in both lower control arms and said it was going to cost over $500 to replace them. I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. The other garage checked my vehicles and said that there was no play in the control arms. Unfortunately, due to wasting time at EJ Tire, there wasnt enough time to have the alignment done that day, and I had to drive 600 miles to take my kids back to college early the next morning. I am concerned about all the additional wear on my tires due to the inaccurate diagnosis from EJ Tire.

This is truly the best place I have ever been, there incredibly sweet! I love that they not only of course fix the issue but tell you exactly what is wrong and why it possibly happened! This was my 2nd visit. They were friendly, HONEST and explained everything in a way I could understand. I got 2 new used tires, mounted and balanced plus an alignment for $200. My front end was all sorts of wonky and all over. It drives and rides so nice now. I think theyre pretty awesome up there! They for sure are my new spot!Most places see a woman coming in and take full advantage. Went to bell tire in April, they charged me over $400 for the SAME THING I had done today. And if theyd done it properly, I probably wouldnt have had to go back in less than 5 months for the same service.THANKS EJ TIRES!!

Had my A/C recharged, tech didnt put caps back on when done. Next day no air, so went back and seen the caps where missing and told the same tech the problem and thought he would refill it, nope charged another $100 to do it. No more EJS !!!

Went in today to get my muffler fixed and it was done faster than they told me it would be. I was very happy to start my van without hearing a loud exhaust. It was very quiet. I plan on taking my other car here to get some suspension work done. I highly recommend this shop.

Good, but my tire went flat, again...

Although I’ve done business with this place many times before after today I will NOT return. There’s never consistency in pricing. I attempted to have a tire leak fixed after speaking with a representative over the phone a few days prior but they were unable to repair my issue. However, I was STILL CHARGED! They simply took off my tire and confirmed the problem that I’d already informed them of before they touched my vehicle. I spoke with the owner directly about my concern but he had no remorse and was a bit condescending because the guy wouldn’t let me get two words out before his attempts to justify the charge. If you can’t take a moment to listen to your customers what does that say about your business practices overall? Not very smart lose repeat business over a small and petty disagreement. Any rational small business owner would understand this rather than making a quick buck even when NO REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE.

May 1st 2020. 04 Durango needed a new wheel bearing and outer axle. After replacing, it drove smoother then ever and it was relatively quick. They also threw in used set of tires which were just as good as new and I didn’t break my pockets . Will refer to family and friends. Keep up the good work

Got my truck in for an alignment on the 4th of July and I was very appreciative of that. The truck drove great afterwards and they only had it for a couple of hours. I will definitely be using EJ tires again for my alignment needs and any other work I cant get done myself.

Called like 10 tire places trying to find a reasonable price to mount my new tires. Every place was 25-30$ per tire. EJ told me 20$ per tire. It was the first day after It snowed 9” and every place was packed 2-3 hour wait. EJ Tires told me they’d squeeze me in. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I highly recommend these gentleman they are very kind and provide great service. Go to them for your tire needs!! Gentleman with the detroit beanie and earrings was super nice and fun to talk to while i waited for the service to be done.

I hit a pothole on Baldwin this morning on my way home from work. As I was sitting at the intersection of Baldwin and Walton, wondering what to do, a nice man directed me here. They replaced my tire immediately, and hammered out my bent rim. The price was very reasonable and the service was very fast, efficient, and friendly. A great experience overall, and I will be back!

I had to go there in November and bought a used tires for less than $50. I had to go back today because I noticed a ball on my tire. I must have hit a pothole. They were so nice when I went back for another tire and even knocked $10 off the price. My family will definitely be returning for all our tire needs.
