It makes for a very pleasant initial contact - when youre usually stressing about some kind of audio trouble.My dealership ended up breaking my car in more ways than 1 when I brought it in for a very simple fix. When I left the dealership, the audio would not work and my remote start module was disconnected.I called Car Tunes, desperate for some kind of information and they made my issue sound like it was just a regular Tuesday for them! They took my car for $60 and within 2 hours were able to tell me the issue, what I need to fix it, and roughly how much it would cost. They also assisted me in finding non-dealership sources of parts so I wouldnt be further drained of available funds.Absolutely will go back to them for all of my audio issues or any audio upgrades needed or wanted.

Tony was wonderful to work with. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and hard working. I got a modest radio installed, and the price was fair. The new equipment he put in works well and does what I want. He fixed the ground wire on the old part of my 19 year old av system that wasnt working instead of telling me I would need to pay for a replacement. The facility is neat and clean. He took care of everything quickly, so I wasnt without my vehicle for very long. Hell be helping me with another vehicle in the near future for sure. And Im happy to recommend Tony and Car Tunes. If your looking to be treated well and and get solid equipment for a fair price Car Tunes is the place to go.

Tony is Tops!!!! He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick out an after market radio for my 2015 Subaru and it is the best!!! I was thinking of trading my car in for something newer because I felt like I was missing out on new technology. Instead, I added my apple play Pioneer radio and I could not be happier. I feel like I have a new car. This place is really something. Forget Best Buy and Amazon, you wont get a better deal nor a great install. Go to the professionals at Car Tunes.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here to get anything done. Waste of time and money. First off they put auto start in my car and a button on my dash was then permanently on which it was never like that before. Then after a week the auto start just stopped working.. I also wanted them to put a touch screen radio in, they tried twice and “just couldn’t do it” both times because of some bs excuses and explanations. It was a big hassle to get my money back. I will say Tony is a good guy tho, no disrespect to him, just the company. Don’t seem like they know what’s going on or what they’re doing.

Awesome service! I stop by to see if they can fix my factory car alarm. He looked up some quick solution problems that I could handle like greasing my door locks. Solution worked and glad he could help me diagnose it! Would definitely go back for a upgraded stereo!!!

Despite them being able to install remote start on my 2006 Lexus (it was not for lack of trying) it was a good experience. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t charge for the several attempts at install. Only down side was very limited parking and an awkward left turn into lot. If you’re coming from the west -make it easier on yourself and take a left onto Telegraph and an immediate right to sneak in the back. :)

Tony and Car Tunes is absolutely amazing. Ive had a number of things done on my car here starting with tint and remote start, a number of months back. Over the last few months my car has been a bit of a project, ranging in Bluetooth starters to a complete system. Its been a trip and Im kinda sad its almost over. To say Im looking for other things to do to my car just so I can keep going back....These guys are great. Youre in great hands from the moment you walk in the door to the second you pick your car up again.

Tony is great, but my service was not. I got my windows tinted. I noticed hair under the tint of one window before I left. They fixed it, although the installer wasnt very happy about it, and made a rude comment. A few days later I notice a scratch in the tint in a different window. And after letting it settle and dry a week, every window is bubbled. I took my car back, yet again, and they redid almost all the windows. This time they turned out worse. After multiple trips, wasting my time, money and gas, after being inconvenienced arranging rides back and forth. I finally told them to remove the tint and refund my money, which again is another inconvenience to me. Im sure they great at the other stuff they do, I dont recommend them for tint.

I went to get my windows tinted on my Jeep and Im really satisfied on how they turned out. Tony was very friendly and helpful in helping me choose which tint fit best for me and he was very quick scheduling me in on the same day I called. Im happy about the cost too! It took about only 30 minutes for the tint and I was surprised, I thought it wouldve took longer than that! I recommend this place to anyone.

Tony seems to be here every time I show up. Hes a great guy, always very friendly. Ive had my windows tinted, and speakers installed here twice. Tints have been fine, only issue is they usually run behind schedule on the install. First audio install went fine. On my second speaker install I had to come back twice for speaker connections that were grounded to the door panel. So Im not as sure about the audio guy. I probably will do my own speaker install in the future, but I will still come here for window tint.

The customer service was great in the beginning. When their module caused my battery to drain the 1st time they came to give me a jump.After my 5th visit with continuous problems and another battery draw the only thing they could do was take the module off and refund my money...

They tented my window broke it but blamed it on me saying it was like that before they tented it, if it was like that why didnt they call Before tenting it smh. I spent $600+ dollars that day getting a in dash installed also never again.

This place is a joke. They installed a system in my car and the components fell off the inside of my door and shorted out killing my amp. They refuse to do anything about it. This is the last of a long list of failures by this place. They are hacks do not let them touch your car.
