I had scheduled a tire and oil change online, 2 weeks in advance. However, in the mean time, I hit a piece of metal and needed tires ASAP. Driscolls service department was able to schedule a tire and oil change for me within 24hrs of me calling them! and they had the tires I selected in stock! The staff and mechanics were very friendly and understanding and performed the tire and oil change in a great timely manner!Cant thank them enough!

It was a great process from start to finish. I saw the vehicle online and called my sales associate, Glen Murphy, to have it placed on hold while I drove to the dealership. Glen had everything ready when I arrived, went for a test drive and decided to buy the car. Carla Schlueter had me through all of the paperwork in less than half an hour. All told, I was driving home in our new car in under an hour. Cant say enough good things about the Driscoll Motors team.

Thank you for another excellent car buying experience. I’ve went through Rex at Driscoll Motors for two leases and one loan. There is no pressure or fancy sales techniques. Instead, it feels like buying a car from a trusted and knowledgeable friend. Plus, Carla in finance makes the entire process quick and easy. I couldn’t imagine purchasing a car from anywhere but Driscoll.

Rex McDonald was great to work with to purchase a new vehicle - but I’d be leery of trading. Dan put on a large production of how honest they are and that’s why everyone does repeat business with them. However, the price he told me he would be lucky to sell my trade for is $5,490 less than what my used vehicle is been advertised on their website and AutoTrader for.A logical person would think, well they inflate the price so there is room for buyers to negotiate it down, but their posting does say “We feel a vehicles value is determined by its demand and availability. Not by what we paid for it or how long we have owned it. Therefore, we do NOT inflate out pre-owned prices in hoped of winning a negotiating contest.” After this direct and immediate departure of the reputation I was sold earlier this week I question their authenticity.Dan said he’d need to put about $500 worth of labor into my used vehicle giving the dealership a $2,500 profit but they are now looking at a profit of $8,490 if it isn’t negotiated down, and I’m assuming the $500 worth of labor wasn’t actually put into the vehicle since it wasn’t vacuumed before posting photos.While I am aware this is part of buying/selling cars and someone always gets the short-end of the stick, I feel rather taken advantage of. I felt Dan was trustworthy given his empath nature. I value a person’s word, but in hindsight feel too much value was placed on Driscoll Motors’s word earlier this week.

I got an oil change and exhaust system inspected. John, the service manager made every effort to make me feel secure and safe since I do have health issues and we are going through a health pandemic. The work performed was done quickly and I was told the best thing to do regarding my exhaust system. The quality, service and honesty I get from the service department is second to none.

I took one of my vehicles in to Driscolls for service and it was not a good experience. The problem I had was what the vehicle was in for was not addressed but for some reason they changed the oil. When I picked the vehicle up they charged me for the oil change and when I complained they acted like they did me a favor by not charging me. I asked to talk to someone about why they didnt look at the problem I had the vehicle there for because the paperwork just stated no trouble codes. I asked for the service manager to call me and he never did. After another day I called and the only manager available was the sales manager. He was very nice and got my information to the owner who did call and leave a message. When I called back I was given her voice mail. I left a message and she has yet to call back. I dont trust that this dealership cares to actually work on vehicles with issues.

They charged me a fortune for 4 tire rotation, didnt even check tire pressure. Called back, told service desk I was still getting pressure low error the guy answering phone said it will eventually go away. Ended up going to Heller and they put tires at proper pressure!

ExceptionalWe purchased a vehicle in November and were extremely satisfied with the purchase process.Recently I had the vehicle in for service and did have a repair that was covered by the certified warranty.The service team went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done properly and we were satisfied.Additionally, while our vehicle was being serviced the service manager made sure I had a vehicle to and from work. The service here is amazing, the guys come and tell you themselves what is going on with your vehicle and get it fixed. I brought my malibu in for an engine light they ran a test found out what it was and are currently working to fix it. This is my first time here since it changed to Driscolls and I am happy to say they are awesome!!

We were on our way home to Michigan from Az.,When we hit a pothole on I-55 about 8 miles South of the Pontiac exit. We were towed into Driscoll Motors on a Sunday afternoon. Fortunately, though it was a Sunday, Pam the owner was there and she gave us a loaner and treated us as if we were a long time Driscoll customer. The next morning she had her key service guy, Jerry, order us a tire to be shipped in and by 1:30 pm on Monday, we were back on the road and finally arrived home that night. We were very thankful for the fast action by both Pam and Jerry. If we lived in or near Pontiac, Illinois, Driscoll Motors would definitely be our dealership.

He was humorous and patient.He made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. The Driscoll service department is top notch! I was having problems with my diesel truck def system and just stopped by while I was in town. John and the crew are always good to deal with. If you go here, DO NOT work with Carla. We were promised they would over night ship paper work to get to my bf’s cosigner but they chose the cheap option for their convince and chose the 3-4 day shipping. So unprofessional, lazy, and rude.

During a typical drive through middle IL my car unexpectedly broke down right outside of Pontiac. One phone call to Driscoll (on a Saturday?!) and they proved to be immensely helpful. Recommended a tow truck that arrived within 15mins, had a rental car waiting for us when we arrived, great customer service from employees. They followed up the following Tuesday with a very insightful opinion as to the issue that caused the breakdown and that they had fixed it no problem. There is all lot to be said for personable customer service and attention to detail and they practice both. Would take my vehicle to them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Driscoll!
