I called the Pontiac Verizon store a couple days ago inquiring about switching our family of fives current cell service over to Verizon. I spoke with Cheston and he was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He did a wonderful job explaining all the promotions going on and how trading in cell phones work. We decided to switch and Cheston went out of his way to come to the store just to help us and we’re so glad he did. He is so accommodating, friendly, and super fast. Everyone knows that it’s never a fast process when changing cell service, getting new phones, and porting over current cell numbers but let me tell you this fella had all five phone done in know time. I would highly recommend doing business with the Pontiac Verizon Store and especially Cheston who is a kind soul! Cheston thank you for the great customer service today.... Suddenly lost communication with my cell phone while traveling from business. In a panic mode, I stopped here at this Verizon Center in Pontiac Illinois. The customer service was the most amazing that I have seen in many years. Not only did they save my day, they did it in a incredibly professional manner. It was not a quick solution. Took over 30 minutes. I never felt as if there was any frustration for them to continue to work with me until we fix the problem. A big shout out and hats off to Ivy! Absolutely amazing. I can’t thank her enough.

Was having the worst experience with A&TT and decided to switch to Verizon, the employees are so helpful and nice at Pontiac’s store. We were waiting outside for the store to open. Cheston came out before the store opened to see what we needed. He was very positive and so helpful. In less than 25 minutes he activated a new phone and switched phones from my husband to my daughter. We had done something similar a few months ago at another store and it took over 2 hours. We will definitely be coming back to the Pontiac store for all of our cellular needs.

If you have any questions at all, go to this store and work with Dakota. She is phenomenal! Even after we moved out of town, we drove back 40 minutes because this location has incredible customer service and they really know their stuff. You will not be disappointed.

I was having trouble getting my phone I purchased at this store(the 3rd one I have purchased here to sync to my vehicle.I stopped in here for advice on what I might do on 4-17-2020. There were no customers, the employee who waited on me was in the parking lot in his car when I arrived.The only thing he could tell me was it was too old.When I had some time at home to look it up it was a simple fix. What has happened to customer service!!!!!

Went to Tcc Verizon in Pontiac to upgrade from iPhone 6s Plus to iPhone 11 and honestly i dont know where i would be if Ivy was not assisting me. Thanks to her i got my device set up nice and easy. Normally I despise going to cellular stores, the process just takes too long for me! so to be in and out no hassles was a big pro for me. She answered all of my questions on the device and thanks to her will definitely return to upgrade my device next year.

I have always trusted this store for my Verizon needs. I hated my phone so I went to get another one. I was told that I could get a tablet free with my phone so I did. The girl that did the transaction for me told me all I had to do is call and have my old tablet taken off my plan so I called and was told I have to leave it on for another year. I called the store and they kept telling me they they were going to try to resolve the problem and would call back. They never did so I had to keep calling them. They couldnt get the problem resolved so I asked if I could return it and I was told I could not because I had it longer than what they allow. So all in all I have to pay for their mess up. I only gave them 1 star because you cant give no stars and leave a review.
