The staff at K N Beauty Supply is very helpful. If you cant locate an item they will generously help you find it or direct you to its location. Their products are a variety of beauty items that you know and some of them maybe unfamiliar to you. Go see for yourself and take advantage of the many different products they have you will be amazed.

This store is great! The staff is really nice too. They have literally-EVERYTHING from -sexy clothes, jewelry, hair extensions, makeup, etc. everything is really priced decently. I would recommend this place.

If I could post zero star I would. Purchased a unit for $75, and within a week it was WORTHLESS. These people come into our neighborhoods, and gauge us for prices. We should shut them down.

This post is responding to Ms. Best-Frann Nations comment. I am sorry you found a bed bug in your hair, but no bug can survive in the hair through the chemical processing in the factory. I dont know how the bug got into the hair, but we never had any bug in the hair nor any other products we sell. I dont know of any customer who tried to return due to a bug problem at KN Beauty Supply on Telegraph Road.

Been going there since I was a kid. Very helpful staff and great options for many different products. Majority of everything is very thrifty except for their clothes. Not worth the price.

I am a loyal customer here. I bought braiding hair here, with them doing car side delivery during quarantine. We found bed bugs inside the hair!!! Omg! I tried to inform them, not to get my money back, but to let them know so they can do something about it! I already know the policy!! But all she kept saying is no refund!! I’ll never ever return to this store again!! Save yourself the headache of high bills for bedbugs! I was lucky enough to see it on the hair and get it right out of the house!! That’s gross guys! U should care about ur customers and not just their money!

Went to purchase braiding hair that Ive purchased there for YEARS, only to find out that they were all sold out of the color I preferred as well as the backup color I would get in its place, for some odd reason the employee had no clue as to when another order/delivery would be made... VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Giving a 3 out of 5. They always are very kind and have what I need when I visit. I am taking away 2 stars because my sister, who is not local, reported to me that she was yelled at, with my daughter in tow, for being in the wig area. My sister is not a regular. Apparently it closes on certain days before the store closes, but there was no bold signage, barriers, or any apparent clues that you could not go into this area. I only point this out because my daughter who is now 11, brings this experience up every time we visit this store.

Ive patronized this store a multitude of occasions and have never had a issue, however this time I walked into the store in my nice coordinated workout gear with my LV pouch in hand .I was looking at some products and a worker walked into the same isle (acting) like she was looking at product opposite me ..She wasnt moving anything around not dusting a shelf or anything just standing there. So I kept looking at her and she walked away....smdh.Last time ever in that store.
