I love their ice cream and especially food! Food is literally always fresh and good. The staff is sweet, and most importantly I love how clean is is. I usually sit and eat right there!

Snowball Ice Cream is very good. I didnt like that they didnt have what I wanted due to the pandemic and a shortage of delivery items. Its become a serious problem. Shortage of workers, difficulties in receiving inventory and items ordered. HELP is needed everywhere.

Just driving through and needed gas and saw this little shop and decided to get a treat. It was very yummy and worth the wait since there were quite a few families getting ice cream too.

My son is a generously sized swirl, which is chocolate and vanilla swirled together. Unfortunately they dont have sugar cones, which are the kinds of colours that are dark brown, conical, and pointed at the bottom. I had a cookie dough avalance which was delicious and packed with cookie dough yumminess.

Not sure whats going on but i was a bit disappointed with the quality of the products i received. Twice i was disappointed. I really want to like this place. The first time i ordered extra items on my Sunday and i received a very dry strawberry sunday no extra strawberrys which i paid for. The cake was dry and it didnt have any juice on my sunday. I chocked. The second time i ordered the same thing and told them i didnt receive what i ordered on my last trip. This time it was lacking ice cream. I can never finish my Sundays this time i went home wanting more as i didnt have enough ice cream. I had a big hole in my sunday. I was upset as i again paid extra to get what i wanted and didnt leave satisfied. I really want to like this place but the quality of service is lacking. Customer service needs to be improved. I may try again later in the summer.

I just moved to the area & have passed this place several times. I finally stopped & what a disappointment!!The person who helped me seems miserable but when I got my butterscotch sundae, her attitude shows in the vanilla ice cream with a slight drizzle of butterscotch. So disappointed as I much rather come to a small place like this. Never again......

So today I ordered a coney with out onions, two drinks, and a side of fries. I get my cone two drinks with my coney WITH onions and fries in the same box. So the Young lady with the braces at the window gets an attitude because I asked for a Box for the coney. On top of that the hot dog was burnt along with burnt fries. For all of that food we only got two napkins and she had an attitude because I asked for ketchup. Young lady needs some training on customer service because she needs it

Everyone was very nice - but they dont have the novelty ice cream bars that my granddaughter likes - tweety bird ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, screwballs....other than that theyre great!

Ordered 2 cones 2 coney dogs Doritos and slush; everything was disgusting except for the chips, stingy with the napkins; after you spend your money she’s rude, impatient n inconsiderate (glasses, short gold hair, big ashy hands, long nails) if I could give less than one star I definitely would.it was my first time going trying to support a black business and I am Never going back!
